Guests must transfer to the property via boat and shuttle and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. This property offers transfers from the airport. To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. This property is accessible via boat. Roundtrip land transfers from Lio Airport (El Nido) to El Nido Pier and roundtrip boat transfers from El Nido Pier to the resort are included in the room rate; transfers are arranged by the property. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 7 days before their expected arrival. Boat transfers from El Nido Pier to the property are available at 7:30 AM, noon, 4 PM, and 5 PM. Transfers from the property to El Nido Pier are available at 5:30 AM, 9 AM, 10 AM, 1 PM, and 2 PM. Guests planning to arrive in El Nido after 5 PM are advised to book an overnight stay in El Nido, as boat transfers will not be available in the late afternoon and evening.
