最寄駅より遠く、しかも坂があるので、行きずらかった。部屋も内装も時代を感じさせる素敵なホテルだった。レセプションの人が親切で対応が非常に良かった。

The Hotel reception were very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was lovely and the staff were so helpful as I have a few allergies they went out of there way to look after us.We were staying as we had a theatre trip and it was 5 min walk to the theatre Royal and shops.

Our room was amazing , the hotel was lovely and clean , walkable distance to bars , shopping and cafes . Right by the hoe . Lovely walk . We would come again .

From the minute you stepped through the revolving front door everyone was friendly and welcoming. My fifth floor room was just what I needed for a good night's sleep even the quaint lift was a good experience. Overall I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. It is fair to say that the property, externally at least, requires some TLC

I've stayed here a few times, proper traditional old hotel, lovely rooms with refurbished bathrooms. Walking distance of the Hoe and historic waterfront, convenient for the ferry port too. Friendly staff always make you feel genuinely welcome.

Great location, easy access to seafront, town centre and shopping. Lovely room and great, friendly and accommodating staff.

This is mine and my partners 2nd stay here , we love the location and the age of the hotel , the staff are all amazing and polite and are always happy to help you . If you are travelling by car , the car parl isnt the biggest but there's other parking alternatives cery close to the hotel.

Friendly welcome, plenty of character throughout the building, great shower, excellent breakfast, we ordered room service which was great. Room was too warm so had to leave the window open all night, Will definitely book again

Nice well kept hotel with friendly staff at reception , lovely clean room , my room was cleaned and bed made everyday to great standard . Quite impressed . Great location to hoe , Barbican and into town . I really recommend this hotel to stay . Great value . Great stay .

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful building, lovely bar, friendly staff, tasty breakfast and nearby many of Plymouth’s tourist attractions! Would definitely stay again 😊

Friendly staff, historic building near the Hoe and walking distance to everything. I like the hotel and often choose to stay there when I'm visiting Plymouth both when I'm on business and when socialising.

We chose the Duke of Cornwall because of its more apparent traditional style over many other places. We weren’t disappointed. We found the hotel as expected and it suited our needs. A couple of observations would be that some of the furnishings were a bit tired and the step up into the bath to use the shower would be too high if someone had mobility issues. We would definitely use the Duke. Of Cornwall again.

Classic hotel

Really nice hotel, great staff and reasonable price

Two rooms booked and were different ends of hotel - one had sea view- one poor disappointing view. Rooms were good size and clean but very cold as radiators hardly came on. We were on fifth floor and water took a while to come through warm. Queue for reception as only one person on Limited bar choice but a good breakfast and staff were pleasant in all areas
