アパートメントは清潔でとても良かったです。 ただ、個々の部屋に鍵がなく、部屋全体的に照明が少なく夜になると不便に感じました。 また、ホストに連絡しても返信がなく

清潔感溢れて満足でしたが、wifiが繋がらず、何度もtryしたものの　結局３日間使えませんでした。残念です そして、入口扉のオートロックが作動せず、扉前でほかの宿泊者と相当時間待たされました。時間ロスとなりました。 この点も残念でした。

かなり清潔であった コーヒーがあると良かった

立地が最高によく、どこへ行くのも便利。１階にはスーパーもあって必要なものがすぐに揃う点も良い。

立地は最高です。 初日に部屋のクリーニングがされていなかったので、電話で伝えたところ翌日からはキッチリと掃除してくれました。 ひと通り揃っているので長期滞在にはぴったりの宿です。 入り口と部屋のドアの解除は鍵やカードではなく、暗証番号です。

周囲にレストランが多く食事をするのに便利でした。また地下鉄、バスステーションにも近く、ビジネスや観光に便利だと思います。

素晴らしいアパートでした。家電の説明が簡易にしか説明されておらずテレビ、洗濯機、金庫、食器洗い機を使おうとする度々夫婦喧嘩をした。24時間サービスで電話は受けてくれるが日中しか係はこないそうです。日中は観光に出ている我々は、生乾きの洗濯ものを袋につめてポルトに向かいました。英語が堪能な我々の苦労話でした。

アパートメントに泊まるときはチェックインで面倒なことが多いのですが、こちらはスムーズでした。チェックインの数日前にコードを教えてもらえます。毎日ハウスキーピングもあり快適でした。ロケーションも徒歩圏内にも主要観光スポットは集中しているし、シントラなどへ行くための電車の駅も歩ける範囲です。スーパーやレストランもたくさんあるのでこまりません。

深夜に到着し店が閉まる前に水や食料など必需品を買いに行くため部屋を出ようとしたところ、部屋のドアの鍵が閉まらないことに気が付いた。友人３人で試行錯誤したがどうにも閉まらず、困り果てて携帯電話から連絡先に電話したところ男性が対応してくれた。しかしこの人物が曲者で、アパート名と部屋番号を言ったが宿泊者名がリストと異なるため対応できないと言う。後でわかったことだが部屋番号のAがEと伝わっていたらしい。部屋番号から照会ができないのであれば名前や予約番号から検索してはどうかと提案したが聞く耳を持たず、逆ギレされ無意味なやり取りを数分続けるハメになった。 最終的に彼からドアは強く閉めれば自動的に閉まる（通常のホテルのドアと同じ）と聞き出し、そうこうしている間に隣の部屋の宿泊客２人が戻ってきたため電話を切り、その方達の助けを借りて鍵の閉め方を探ることに。最終的にものすごく勢いをつけて閉めれば閉まることが判明した。 その経緯をメールでカスタマーサービスへ訴えたが、オペレーターの対応にもドアにも問題はないとの返答。釈然としないものを感じたものの、瑣末で旅を汚されたくないと思いそのままとしたが、その３日後部屋に戻るとドアが開いた状態に！幸い何も盗まれていなかったものの、清掃係さえもドアが閉められなかったようだ。 帰国後再びその事実をカスタマーサービスへ伝え、次の宿泊客のためにも早急にドア及び鍵について対処するように求めたが、返答は清掃係にはドアをきちんと閉めたかダブルチェックするように指導する、セキュリティーカメラの監視を強化すると対処方法のみ。根本原因であるドア及び鍵については何も回答はなく、場当たり的な対応と感じた。 この鍵の問題がなければ快適な滞在になったと思うが、やはりトラブルに対する対応力はホテルなど顔の見える関係に比べ低いと感じた。このアパートメントに宿泊することを旅の楽しみの一つとしていただけに残念だ。

６泊しました。滞在３日前にメインドアと部屋のドアの暗証コードが送られてきて、問題なくアパートの部屋に入ることができました。３０分ほどしたところでスタッフさんが来られて、部屋に問題がないか、質問がないか聞いてくださったので、私たちはTVや洗濯機の使い方を教えていただきました。近くのスーパーで朝食の買い出しをし、システムキッチンで毎朝卵を焼いたりコーヒーを入れたりしました。調味料は砂糖と塩だけ置いてあったので、それ以外は持参するか現地調達が必要です。ティッシュやキッチンペーパーもありませんでした。毎日掃除もしてくれるしタオルも変えてくれるし食器も食洗器に入れて洗ってくれていました。部屋は広いし快適だしおすすめです。バイシャ・シアード駅にも近くカフェやレストランも近くにたくさんあり、とても便利です。再訪する際もぜひ利用したいと思います。

The location is great - just steps away from restaurants and R. Augusta promenade. Convenient access to metro from the riverfront and Praça do Comércio. The building is historic but updates inside and the room was comfortable. Communication was great with the host team and when we contacted them with an issue, there was a prompt response and the staffer - Fabio - went above and beyond to accommodate our family.

Super bien situé, tout est très joli mais entaché par un problème de moisissure noire avec forte odeur dans la salle de bain.

Very neat/clean place, in the middle of all the attractions. The staff were supportive and considerate, communicated well and helped with all our needs. The only drawback was that our dryer did not work.thank you Numa for your hospitality, Fatin

Dishwasher was full of dishes. There was nonworking internet. Tried using the app no response. Called the number explained the situation said they would handle next day no internet and no communication. By night we had internet. We decided to leave early informed them. Never hear back. Scanned the QR code to check out as we left. Went on app and checked out. Never heard anything. Otherwise. Great location. Clean apartment. Not a lot of extras. Had to buy large laundry detergent because all that was available at supermarket. Most dishes i assume were in the dishwasher which we didn't touch.

Lo único malo es que no pudimos utilizar la caja fuerte ya que estaba cerrada y nadie llegó a abrirla

The space was very large and clean, but the sofa (which is a hide-a-bed) was extremely uncomfortable to sit on and very stained/worn. I would have expected better quality for the price. Be warned, the kitchen is supplied with only basic dishes and equipment. Instructions for how to use the dishwasher, oven, AC, and washing machine would have been helpful. The apartment is conveniently located and secure with a mini market at street level. We didn’t realise daily cleaning and replenishing of toilet paper etc was included until the last day - take advantage of this if you stay! It is in a beautiful old building that has been renovated and otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, easy check in - bed not the comfiest and could hear music from the store below (honestly not that big of an issue, only bothered us while trying to get past the jet lag)

Cuando reservas no sabes si es un hotel o un condo hotel. No sabes si la limpieza es diaria o uno la debe hacer. Sabes que entran al departamento mientras uno está ahí porque te cambian las toallas pero no hacen las camas, según tiran la basura pero un día la basura la encontramos sobre la repisa de la estufa y no es agradable llegar y ver la basura allí. El desayuno es muy básico y mejor no pagar por él. La ubicación muy buena pero al final la relación precio calidad no es la mejor opción.
