チェックイン時のスタッフの対応が悪くて、驚きました。I’d like to check in と言ったのですが、怪訝なしかめ面をされただけでsorry？さえも無かったです。あと、部屋が別棟にあるにも関わらず、案内も無く自分で鍵開けて入るように言われました。こんな受付居るんだと思いました。 部屋はまあ2万円弱出してるわけだから、このくらいは当然だろうというレベルでした。冷蔵庫無かったです。飲み物のコップはお盆の上に上向きに置かれており、一体いつからこの状態なんだろと思い、使いませんでした。ボトルの水がなぜかベッドのサイドボードの床に近い位置に置いてあり、飲料水なのに何でこんな所に置いてあるんだろうと思いました。バスタブはありましたが、何か汚れていたので結局シャワーを使いました。アメニティは誰かの使いかけのようで、封のシールが切れていて、中身があまり入っていなかったのか軽かったです。 朝食付きで、オムレツを頼みましたが料理上手ではない素人が作ったようなものでした。食器類も薄汚れてるんですよね。。。 チェックアウト時のスタッフはフレンドリーだったので、おそらく今までの口コミに書かれているスタッフだと思いますが、上記に書いた通り、チェックアウト時の感じのよさでは打ち消せないくらいのレベルの低さだったので低評価としました。

ツインのお部屋を希望したため、バスタブなしの車椅子専用のバスルームだったため、バスルームとトイレの境目がなく、お湯がトイレ側に流れてしまい、非常に使いにくかったです。 ただ、Leeds castleの敷地内なので、無料Parking且つ無料Entrace fee、夜のLeeds castleを写真に撮ることができますし、朝御飯はとても美味しかったので、通常のツインルームだったら快適だったかもしれないと思いました。泊まる方はバスタブがついているか確認されたほうがいいかと思います。

My husband and I only stayed overnight but wished it had been longer. We were amazed how beautiful the gardens are and we made sure we walked round them and visited the castle before we left. We stayed in the Stable Courtyard and the room was excellent with all the facilities expected of a 5* hotel. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great too. Thanks to all the staff who were helpful and professional.

10/10 for staff, room, food, gardens and grounds and of course Leeds Castle itself. Lovely to have free entry to Castle and able to access grounds after closing. Perfect, highly recommend and will come again.

A lovely setting with friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue is that check out is 10am and the castle doesnt open until 10.30. I think this should be co ordinated

Great spot to stay. Lovely to have the castle grounds to wander around after hours. We really enjoyed our stay in a deluxe double room overlooking the gardens. So much to see and do in the castle and castle grounds and lovely walks with a great view of the castle. We ate in the Castle View Restaurant in the evening and enjoyed our meal. Breakfast was also good. Reception staff so welcoming and explained everything brilliantly.

I dont recommend this hotel for many reasons and unhappy experience, I never dislike a hotel like this one , I lived many hotels around the world 1. I don't really like the staff there completely, they are arrogant, create bad experince to my trip , both the reception staff and especially the supervisor siting inside the room, 2. No AC in hot summer for all the rooms as the staff mentioned, i re-requested a fan more, NEVER come, how deluxe it is, when you are sweating inside my small room 3. I choose and pay a “more” expensive and deluxe room when i make my booking, however the room is indeed so tiny 4. The staff is not helpful even i keep asking, I asked about the activities and she give me a map and tell me where i am and my room is. I missed some good activiy 5. Request me to pay for an extra bed, which I dont want to! I choose to believe a more expensive and bigger one room can have three people, i book this online with three “heads” on the website to make sure the room space sufficient, why the room is so small, I choose a more deluxe version with three heads on website, , want to spend my happy vacation with my love and one small kids, they asked why I didnt notice them about my “two” kids, and ask me to pay extra immediately in fact I have one kid only, I dont really like to pay extra, I wish they could refund me if they read it. However, they ask me to pay immediately, and demand my credit card for their hotel. :( so bad!

Nice location very pretty in the evenings

We stayed in Kent room. It was clean and tidy. It was very warm, as no airflow. It was a good job it wasn’t too hot. The bed was a double. Not overly comfortable and the pillows were quite hard. The surrounding area was lovely. We could have done without the bright lights outside th3 window. I wish we had known that we had access to the whole of Leeds castle for the day of arrival and departure. We won’t go back, but I would recommend it to others. The castle View restaurant was lovely. A good place for pre-dinner drinks and dinner was lovely. Thank you

Beautiful location and standard of accommodation was first class

It was a lovely stay in an outbuilding that’s been done up to have conference rooms and bedrooms. Room itself could have been almost in any decent hotel anywhere. The views of the garden were really pretty. The castle gardens were available for a walk around and the castle itself is lovely from the outside.

Everything was excellently the accommodation, restaurant and all staff. Would definitely recommend.

It is fabulous being in the grounds of Leeds Castle as it is such a beautiful setting. The staff were very welcoming and professional. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The only improvement I could suggest was an additional arm chair in our room so we could both sit in comfort. However that is a very minor point as overall the whole experience was perfect.

Was a 24 hour break the staff at check-in where lovely and friendly could not have been more helpful.The accommodation was brilliant and the Castle view restaurant was Excellent for the breakfast which is included,We also had lovely evening meal in there too well worth booking.Thank you for a great break

Lovely hotel in sumptuous historical grounds! Stay Inc castle entry & parking and breakfast, so all in all a good deal. Room was lovely with quality toiletries. Breakfast was fine with a decent selection of items. We had dinner at the hotel, opted for fish and chips. Good sized portions. As it's not a restaurant per se there were only 6 choices, 2 of which were vegetarian or vegan. Which left only 4 choices. Hotel guests have the opportunity to spend time in the extensive and beautiful gardens, we enjoyed taking advantage of that!

Great place to stay with free access to the grounds and castle. Highly recommend
