7日滞在中、朝食が非常にリーズナブルで、尚且つ美味しく楽しめました。 言葉が通じなくても 翻訳アプリを介しながら スタッフもタクシーの手配や ちょっとした困り事に丁寧に対応してくれました。

基本的に大満足なのですがシャワー部分が交換されて新品になっていたのですがホルダーにはまらずちょっと苦労しました。それでもおすすめできるホテルです。

2018年の年末に2泊しました。カザフスタン旅行のハイシーズンではなかったため、ホテル内は総じて静かで、快適に過ごせました。アルマティ中心部からやや西南に位置するものの、メトロ（地下鉄）の駅がすぐ近くにあり、中心街へもスムーズにアクセス可能です。ホテル内側が天井まで吹き抜けになっており（シンガポールのPan Pacific Hotelを思い起こさせる）、ゆったりとした雰囲気で高級感があります。室内は清潔感があり広さもそこそこで、WiFiも問題なし。難点をあえて言えば部屋に入ったとき非常に暑くて乾燥していましたが、窓の近くにあるヒーターを調整して事なきを得ました。フロントは英語が通じますが、ベルボーイやフロアの人たちは難しいです。１Fのロビーラウンジで喫茶した際に、年末であったせいか呼びたいときになかなかボーイさんが来なかったのは、まあご愛嬌と言ったところ（かえって邪魔されずに快適でもあった）。アルマティでの宿泊先として、ベストの選択肢の一つと言えるでしょう。

I ordered twin room, they gave me different room. Card key did not work, I had to go back down to change the key, but it did not work again. Called reception to bring the new key, had to wait 10 minutes for them to bring the key. Room very old, I understand 20 years ago, the hotel was great.

満足なホテル 立地が良い ホテルの従業員は、普通。この星のクラスとしては悪いが、外国のホテルで笑顔や対応の良さに期待しない人は気にならない。

I stayed for three days with my daughter. Easy access to the nearest subway within a couple of minutes walk had a great view of Almaty city and mountain range from our room on the 8th floor. Hotel staff were kind.

Freindly staff, clean , beautiful hotel. The pool area was lovely and a great add on to our very busy stay. Food was great and reception went out of their way to be helpful

The hotel was an outstanding one 30 years ago. Now they just one of good ones. Management works hard to make the stay good, but staff is a bit out of ground. Thay could not help me taxi ordering for in city travelling. One more example: I paid 3 nights and did not have a single breakfast due to late arrival and early leave. At 10:35 I asked just for coffee and been refused.

Worth its price

Fantastic hotel! The pool area is top notch, the breakfast buffet is superior with varying options every day, the room is very comfortable, and the staff are amazing. We would stay there again!

A very nice, comfortable hotel. Great breakfast in the restaurant and a nice bar/reataurant in the lobby. The spa is a very nice extra.

If possible I stay in Rahat Palace when visiting Almaty. The location is good, rooms nice and spacious, although age can be seen. Lobby bar is nice and breakfast very good. Staff is very friendly.

Bad service

Rahat Palace is one of the most modern buildings. The Spa was wonderful, the views were amazing, the breakfast was lovely, just wish the descriptions were teeny bit bigger. I would stay again if the price was right. It is more on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for.
