I stayed three nights. The location is really good. Very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. You can find good restaurants and bars. The area was a gay oriented or firendly palce. Found big guys in a gay fashion. But this apartment was a bit difficult to find the entrance. You need to contact with the staff prior to your arrival. They will give you a key and guide the entrance. But the staff was also friendly. Enjoyed the stay here.

イメージとかけ離れており、残念極まりなかった。到着すると、受付は別建物であることを電話確認して移動した。スペイン語が多少覚えがあったので対処出来たが、事前の連絡は無かったために混乱を極めた。また、部屋は壁が薄く、夜は隣がうるさくて寝れないと家族より不評。極めつけは、チェックアウト時の対応の悪さ。朝９時頃に別棟のフロントに行くと、フロントが未だ空いて無く、スーツケースも預けられず、結局、その日の観光に支障をきたすという事態に陥った。　ホテルの問題だけでなく、そうした事情説明をHotels.comから事前説明は一切なかったことに呆れた。場所は良かったのがせめてもの救いだが、部屋はまだしも、建物・階段はお化け屋敷そのもの。二度と泊ることは無いでしょう。

Central location Only major problem was checking in. It took over an hour to work out codes to get in after on second attempt the right code was provided. Thank goodness for the people in the Next apartment who spoke Spanish and had the same problem checking in they could communicate on phone to the agent.

Incrível super limpo, cozinha ótima, apartamento grande e novo. Super bem localizado, perto da Gran Via, só elogios e voltaria com certeza. Super recomendo

We had tough time checking in. It’s all online. We had no clue. But other than that room was very spacious, neat, AC was good, very good location . Close to station and shops. A board outside stating its name could make it easy for travelers. The workers helped us with some amenities like detergent, soap etc which were not in apartment. They were very good and helpful. We had a good time. Would definitely recommend.

Great zone to stay in Madrid

En general no fue lo peor o estuvo mal. Si recomendar que lleguen con un buen internet por que sino puede ser algo difícil la entrada.

El apartamento muy bien, pero el proceso de entrada es nefasto. No nos enviaron el código aunque ya había pasado la hora de entrada, en los teléfonos tardan en contestar y te marean dándote otros para hablar por whatsApp. Casi una hora esperando.

Estaba muy limpio, tiene una excelente ubicación y muy comodo

Geen ontbijt geven, apartment is very old,tower is dirty. koffie without koffie cup en thee .we travel 6 people .sofabed is very bad and very bad to sleep we will not come back .👎

Air con not always working making appartment very hot. Difficult to find appartment as no clear signage.

Quarto limpo, café da manhã não é oferecido no lugar que vc se hospeda, entrada interna do prédio suja, o proprietário não responde as perguntas.

Ótimo lugar, localização excelente, limpeza ok, por ser minha primeira vez em hotel sem recepção foi super tranquilo. Voltaria com certeza.

Property listed on Expedia shows a 4 star hotel. The actually room we were given was worse than 1 star. There was water leakage on the walls, stains or drapes, room was very dingy, lights didn't work, bath tub didn't drain properly. The website listing is very misleading.

Huele mucho a caño y a humedad

Terrible check in instructions. Family of five had to wait to get the exact address of the property. We received several emails with wrong check-in instructions. Host did not answer calls. We missed the appointment because of the host’s lack of communication. Good location. Noisy apartment.

It was a bit difficult entering the room. Our code didn’t work initially. But we were able to call reception and they reset it for us. Great stay!
