I stayed three nights. The location is really good. Very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. You can find good restaurants and bars. The area was a gay oriented or firendly palce. Found big guys in a gay fashion. But this apartment was a bit difficult to find the entrance. You need to contact with the staff prior to your arrival. They will give you a key and guide the entrance. But the staff was also friendly. Enjoyed the stay here.

イメージとかけ離れており、残念極まりなかった。到着すると、受付は別建物であることを電話確認して移動した。スペイン語が多少覚えがあったので対処出来たが、事前の連絡は無かったために混乱を極めた。また、部屋は壁が薄く、夜は隣がうるさくて寝れないと家族より不評。極めつけは、チェックアウト時の対応の悪さ。朝９時頃に別棟のフロントに行くと、フロントが未だ空いて無く、スーツケースも預けられず、結局、その日の観光に支障をきたすという事態に陥った。　ホテルの問題だけでなく、そうした事情説明をHotels.comから事前説明は一切なかったことに呆れた。場所は良かったのがせめてもの救いだが、部屋はまだしも、建物・階段はお化け屋敷そのもの。二度と泊ることは無いでしょう。

You can't access the property early, so if you arrive early, you need to rent lockers or carry your luggage around.

Apartamento super agradáble, completo, tiene todo necesario, cama con sábanas de excelente calidad y almohadas buenas, varias tu alas de excelente calidad, la habitación Con tele y aire. La cocina tiene todo para cocinar, y utensilios de platos, cubiertos, vasos y copas. Para mí fue perfecto

The location is fantastic. Other than that, the apartment didn’t look the same as in the photos. Everything in it was the most basic thing ever leaving a cheap filling to it all. It was clean. There were unpleasant noises of running water from the water hitter, so we had to turn it off. And once in a while a noise that sounded like someone is coming into the apartment. We only stayed there for one night. I guess it’s worth the money. Over all OK nothing more. We stayed at Apt 5A.

Excelente location, very clean, just a little small, but the necessary needs.

A pesar de que sólo nos quedamos una noche, el lugar fue muy cómodo y muy céntrico. Está cerca de gran vía y de fácil acceso caminando a otros lugares. Es una calle pequeña por la que no pueden entrar autos, así que si traes mucho equipaje vas a tener que caminar un poco, pero no es muy complicado, cuenta con ascensor pequeño pero muy útil.

This property was in a great location. Is very utilitarian. The shower is positioned way too high, which causes a mess that you have to clean up. They even leave a mop in the bathroom for you to use because they seem to anticipate that happening. Also, the Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable, which is problematic for overseas travelers who are trying to download apps and map out there Trips for the time that they are in Madrid.

Property did not look like the pictures. Definitely needs some upkeeping. The location is great, walking distance to major attractions.

We had a great time, the property was exactly as described, clean and excellent customer service.

Bad cigarettes odor, they cleaned after I notified. So they took care of the issue fast.

El departamento es muy pequeño y el baño incomodo, viejo y sucio

Great little apartment in fun area. We are a family of 5 with 2 teens and the apartment was quite cramped and I can’t imagine 6 in there. The beds were small and the amenities weren’t great. The is a kitchen but no cooking tools, no coffee maker, no cutting knives. We stay in apts so we can make breakfast and lunches and cut down on costs and due to space and lack of utensils it made it impossible. Sweet little place for a small family or family with small kids but not adults or with bigger kids who want to try and save.

Falta comunicación con el propietario, no hay quien atienda porque no hay recepción en el edificio, el trato es muy informal e impersonal.

The location was great. There were cafés in less than 10 meters from the front doors. We were less than a 10 minute walk from a market. We were also at the centerpoint between places like the Royal Palace and Parque de El Retiro. The living space itself was clean, had good appliances, and great water pressure.

The location is great. The space is functional. There were hairs in the bathroom. The communication and check in process were very challenging.

Poor communication allowing access to the suite. Wrong phone number given. 2 and a half hours wasted upon arrival in Madrid. Constantly humming fridge right next to bedroom. Bedroom door did not clear floor. Loud scraping noise. Above nightclub. Lots of streetnoise into early morning hours. No instructions for washing machine. Impossible to interpret large number of symbols on machine. Very poor value for $$. Quite pricey for what it was. Very disappointing.

We really enjoyed our stay in Madrid, and Chueca was a great neighborhood. We were able to walk to the Prado and Thyssen museums, and there was an abundance of cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping just outside our door. The dining/kitchen area was a bit tight, especially when the twin sofa bed was opened, and we couldn't quite figure out how to fully retract it back into a piece of furniture to sit on, but the bed itself was comfortable. We requested a double bed in the bedroom, but had two twins instead. I guess we could have shoved them together, but there still would have been a "crack" so we didn't bother. It was great to have the washing machine, but we could never figure out if it was also a dryer. Perhaps some simple instructions in English would have been useful--the "all in one" option is not common in the US. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend a stay at Smartr Madrid Chueca!

We had a great stay at the apartments. It was great to have access to laundry, a kitchenette, a dishwasher, etc. in the middle of a long trip. The welcome bag provided was a nice touch, containing everything we might need including a sponge and a dishwasher and laundry pod. Great area with lots to do/see in a short distance. The property provided quick response when we had a question.
