I stayed three nights. The location is really good. Very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. You can find good restaurants and bars. The area was a gay oriented or firendly palce. Found big guys in a gay fashion. But this apartment was a bit difficult to find the entrance. You need to contact with the staff prior to your arrival. They will give you a key and guide the entrance. But the staff was also friendly. Enjoyed the stay here.

イメージとかけ離れており、残念極まりなかった。到着すると、受付は別建物であることを電話確認して移動した。スペイン語が多少覚えがあったので対処出来たが、事前の連絡は無かったために混乱を極めた。また、部屋は壁が薄く、夜は隣がうるさくて寝れないと家族より不評。極めつけは、チェックアウト時の対応の悪さ。朝９時頃に別棟のフロントに行くと、フロントが未だ空いて無く、スーツケースも預けられず、結局、その日の観光に支障をきたすという事態に陥った。　ホテルの問題だけでなく、そうした事情説明をHotels.comから事前説明は一切なかったことに呆れた。場所は良かったのがせめてもの救いだが、部屋はまだしも、建物・階段はお化け屋敷そのもの。二度と泊ることは無いでしょう。

En general bien, algunos detalles como baterías para el aire acondicionado, mejores instrucciones para el ingreso, el olor del aseo que por ratos tiraba a cañería. Por lo demás bien, buena ubicación y lo necesario para 1 noche

Buena ubicación , limpio, pocos muebles pero anticuado

The place was clean, however there was no lounge seating in the living and dining area. The dining table was a high table with high chairs, so there wasn’t a comfortable place to sit and relax. It was also very noisy due to the busy location, and the apartment did not have proper soundproofing to block out the noise

The room is very old. The kitchen is in very poor condition. The walls are moldy. The shutter cords are wet. The toilet is very old. The bathtub is terrible. There is absolutely no internet. At first, they gave us a Wi-Fi network that didn’t exist. Then they told us about another one, but that didn’t work either. We couldn’t use the internet at all during our stay. Overall, the price–performance ratio is very poor. I was not satisfied at all. It was the worst place I have ever stayed. The location of the building is good. Breakfast is served in a separate place on Gran Vía (a bit far), and that part was very good. The staff working at breakfast were very good.

No tenemos quejas especiales del alojamiento salvo por el estado del sillón cama. Reservamos un apartamento para 6 personas, contando con el que dos personas dormiríamos en el sofá cama, pero el estado del mismo hacía imposible dormir en el mismo. El contacto vía WhatsApp fue deficiente, por lo que tuvimos que trasladarnos hasta la sede en Gran Vía. Allí conseguimos que nos llevaran un protector de colchón, que tampoco facilitó significativamente el uso del sofá cama. El trato del personal en sede física fue adecuado. Sin duda, el gran problema fue haber contratado un alojamiento para 6 personas que sólo era adecuado para 4.

I think the pictures were not accurate, the building and the room very old. I didn’t use anything from the apartment so I cannot say a word about it.

La resolución de problemas. Pague por espacio para 5 personas y tuve que acomodarme en un espacio para 4 porque el sofá cama ofrecido estaba dañado y durante toda la semana no pudieron solucionarlo. Fue muy incómoda la estadía. El sitio tiene muchísimo ruido ya que es un edificio de muchas personas turista y habían fiestas hasta 4 am casi todos los días por lo cual era imposible dormir.

Very tiny bathroom, air con very old, noisy and kot efficient. Not sound proof at all. You could hear all the noise from outside, very frustrating. The communication from the host was not too good.

Check in was confusing, there no virtual check in and no breakfast either. The room was small but close to everything.

Las cortinas rotas, el secador no funcionaba, la habitación no tenía nada que ver con las fotos de la reserva.

Apartamento cómodo, moderno y bien situado

Great location, lived the room but we had lots of issues, first with check in, it took us over an hour trying to check-in then the codes were a problem pretty much every day, staff was helpful and nice but it was very inconvenient. They need to make check-in and easier process as we were not the only ones with the same issue, there was at least three other people with the same issue while we were there

Très déçus draps trop petits lit mal fait , aucun confort imposé trouver des capsules adaptées à la machine à café , pas de prise en tête de lit . Matelas et sommier non adaptés appartement très sombre ….

Kitchen was fine but the "1 bedroom" apt is basically just a studio. No living room, just a bedroom with a TV and a tiny kitchen. No sofa, no living area. The entire place is super noisy, hardwood floors combined with paper thin walls so if the apt next to you is occupied, it will feel like you're in the same room with them

A cozinha é completa, ótimo utensílios e condições excelentes para pessoas viajando em família.

Location is good. Poor check in / registration process and check in was delayed by 1hr until 4pm without explanation. Room was ok, but dark and lacking atmosphere, There are much better options close by.

We loved our stay at Smartr Madrid Chueca. The location was easy to find and central/walkable to everything we wanted to see. The area is very lively in the afternoon and quiet, but not unsafe late at night. The staff was kind and quick to respond to any questions via WhatsApp. The place was clean and comfortable. We would book it again happily!
