裝修有點殘舊; 隔音差, 從睡房內可聽到隔離單位開關門聲音. 位置好, 從地鐵站步行5分鐘左右. 附近有食肆及超市.

離地鐵、商圈都很近，方便的地方，但整體房間有點小，整潔一般，但CP值高

Varias tiendas cercanas eso muy bien! No conocí a nadie del la estancia todo por mensaje y no contestan tan rápido es complicado ya que mi número no es de Madrid por lo tanto no puedo llamar, desayuno muy básico pero rico

Great place, have already stayed here twice, and would gladly do it again. They have a nice snack area, comfortable beds and GREAT location.

Be aware this is not a hotel

This property is very conveniently close to Puerta del Sol. There is no outside noise at night. It is clean. The problem appears to be poor management. The phone number is provided but it is never answered. They should make it clear that all communication will be by WhatsApp. They should make it clear that an entry code will be provided on the day of checkin. Handle of washer broken, no plug for kitchen sink, walls very thin so any noise from adjacent apartments is noticeable.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, sodass man fußläufig in wenigen Minuten die Gran Vía und das Zentrum erreicht. Sie ist recht geräumig und weitestgehend sauber, jedoch riecht es in der Wohnung nach Rauch und die Einrichtung ist nicht gerade modern. Das Bett und die Kissen waren nicht wirklich komfortabel. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern im Vorfeld sollte kundenfreundlicher gestaltet werden, sodass man zum Zeitpunkt des Self-CheckIns auch tatsächlich die richtige Hausnummer und den Eintrittspin kennt. Alles in allem höchstens ein mittelmäßiger Aufenthalt, den ich nur low-budget Touristen für kurzfristige Besuche anraten würde.

Very good location and the apartment is well equipped.

Had a delay on check in and also the room shown is deceitful you can book a room with balcony pictures and get an interior room without realizing. Otherwise a nice place for a night

Buen servicio

The unit we stayed in was absolutely horrible, the couch ( where actually some of us were supposed to sleep on) looked like 1000 people threw up on, wiped their feet and it was never cleaned. Only the kitchen cabinets looked somewhat like the pictures, nothing else - really wish there is an option to attach a picture. As a reference, we stayed in unit 5c. It is referenced as the apartment having AC, but the temperature can’t really be changed. Also, it’s only partially cooled. If I was not traveling with kids and had the strength to argue right there and then- I would not have stayed. If there is a scale for hospitality services offered- this one should rank negatively, like minus 5 out of 10. My advice- stay away!!! As of the area- close to the city center, but like with most large cities- be careful! Lots of pickpocketers, drunks, etc. No smoking property??? Really? We were smelling smoke every time in the unit.

It was smaller then pictures posted and it was dirty, the couch had a stain on it and it smelled bad, the air conditioner was making noise we did not end up staying there we checked out and we didn’t even get a refund

Super Location in Chueca. Communication prior to check-in a bit hesitant, afterwards okay. Only one set or towels for two people available and no additional set of was provided. Interior not super fancy, quite noise outside and inside but you know this when booking a room in the center

We appreciated the quick check in even before 3pm, since we were already in the area before the time. Prompt communication.

Viejo y con poca luz pero ubicación inigualable

Nice location and home. very central location. walkable to many places. Safe location. Home was clean. One room AC was not working. We asked for 2 to 2:15 pm home check in (instead of 3 pm). We travelled from USA to Madrid, Spain. Host was not required but it would be nice if given home 45 mins early.

Muy mala experiencia, estaba en obra el edificio, no sé cómo se atreven en poner disponible el lugar, personal de la construcción trabajando desde las 7:00 am, subiendo y bajando material , golpes de martillos, máquinas trabajando, estoy decepcionando con el lugar, el desayuno aunque es bueno tienes que caminar un kilómetro más o menos, nunca hubo agua caliente, no limpiaron la habitación, todo el edifico es de la misma compañía que ofrece en renta los apartamentos, hagan algo porque estoy muy inconforme, por lo que pagué lo recibido es pura basura .
