めちゃくちゃ綺麗で、スタッフさんも優しくコスパも最強でした。朝食もめちゃくちゃ美味しいにも関わらず、安くて良かったです。

すごく素晴らしかったです。ただ、部屋が遠くて階段があったのと、部屋が酷く狭かったです。

Really nice hotel.

I didn't enjoy this hotel to be honest. 1. When we arrived at our room, the windows were open, and so many flies (more than 10) were in the room already, we had to kill them all. I don't know why the cleaner kept the windows open. 2. at 6 am, fire alarm went off. Hotel staffs didn't explain what happened. When I asked them, they said,' no problem.' I couldn't sleep well after then. 3. We stayed for 2 nights, but the cleaner didn't change our towels on day 2. The same towel we used and same amenities which we used last night were still there. Also cups were unwashed and so as spoons in tea area. They didn't provide the new ones. We had to call the front desk, and finally they gave us new towels. 4. Poor wi fi connection from the room Only thing i liked was our room was sea view room, but the above reasons, I couldn't feel comfortable at this hotel.

Great location near the beach

Staff are good but property is old. Hence they are limited to do any improvements. Hence no WiFi in rooms and our TV in room was not working when we checked. Got a replacement which was so small TV. So no entertainment and there is a pub nearby which is very noisy at night.

It was easy for transport and the staff were very polite I have stayed there several times and never disappointed

An excellent hotel for those visiting the IoW travelling from Portsmouth, I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is on the Esplanade and therefore a short walk from the pier or hovercraft terminal. The rooms are clean, and the shower works without any need to play with the settings. Breakfast options are good and the food is well prepared and served. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making the stay a most pleasant experience. If you like a large sandy beach, then Ryde has one of the best. The hotel is near to the bus terminal and the train station, so travel to the rest of the Island is a breeze.

A lovely character hotel. Warm, welcoming, staff very pleasant and friendly also convenient location, good parking facilities very close by. I would stay here again.

The staff at the hotel were warm and friendly. If your looking for a cost effective stay on the isle of Wight then this hotel will not disappoint.

The hotel is ideal as a base for exploring the island. Room was small but adequate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. The only real gripe was noise. Doors banging constantly and what sounded like a full on fight in the room above at 3am one morning.

The staffs were friendly and accommodating. The room was really clean and they replenish basic things everyday like tissue, shampoo and coffee. The only issue is the wifi that is not working or maybe cannot reach our room. Plus there is no good signal in the room where we were staying.

The helpfulness of the staff great breakfasts enhanced by views of hovercraft coming and going the old and pretty ramshackle lay-out of the building.

Room was large and comfortable with great sea views staf are frendly and helpfull eould definitely stay there again

Everyone so friendly and accommodating. Had a great quiet time which was well needed.

There was nothing to say good about the hotel room was dirty from previous guest, towels very poor quality no hot breakfast avalible ,staff could do with training more intrested in talking behind reception instead off paying attention to guests,staff untidy looked more like no uniform day at school,maintance more of a hindrance to receptionist, hotel needs modernising view from window was all the crap ,heating bairly worked ,shower room only fit for children

We arrived early and asked to leave our luggage whilst we went out for the day. Staff were very helpful, allowing us to check into our room much earlier. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. It’s in a great location.

Unhappy with someone entering the room whilst we where out didnt put the cleaning sign out and removed personal belongings out of the room

We booked 2 rooms - the premium room was very nice. The double room was in a rather noisy part of the hotel ? Due to building works ? We were disappointed to be told the kitchen was closed so only a continental breakfast was on offer - and we missed that because service ended at 09h30…. Given there was no hot food it would have been good for the continental breakfast to be served for longer so that we could have had it… other than that we were happy with the stay - it was good value for money overall and in a good location - close to the beach and other restaurants.
