めちゃくちゃ綺麗で、スタッフさんも優しくコスパも最強でした。朝食もめちゃくちゃ美味しいにも関わらず、安くて良かったです。

すごく素晴らしかったです。ただ、部屋が遠くて階段があったのと、部屋が酷く狭かったです。

Really nice hotel.

I didn't enjoy this hotel to be honest. 1. When we arrived at our room, the windows were open, and so many flies (more than 10) were in the room already, we had to kill them all. I don't know why the cleaner kept the windows open. 2. at 6 am, fire alarm went off. Hotel staffs didn't explain what happened. When I asked them, they said,' no problem.' I couldn't sleep well after then. 3. We stayed for 2 nights, but the cleaner didn't change our towels on day 2. The same towel we used and same amenities which we used last night were still there. Also cups were unwashed and so as spoons in tea area. They didn't provide the new ones. We had to call the front desk, and finally they gave us new towels. 4. Poor wi fi connection from the room Only thing i liked was our room was sea view room, but the above reasons, I couldn't feel comfortable at this hotel.

I have been staying at this hotel every 2 years for the last 10 years and I have never been disappointed. The rooms are clean and functional and the beds very comfortable. I love sitting in the outoor area. The location is perfect, 10 mins walk from the ferry port and a short walk from the beach. There are many options for food nearby and also a Sainsbury 5 mins away. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The breakfast is excellent. I totally recommend this hotel and I look forward to my next stay!

Awful run down avoid not worth half the price

Only thing we don't not enjoy about the hotel, was the breakfast and the knife was very blunt would not cut butter with them. Other than that, nice hotel

I highly recommend staying at this hotel . Friendly, very helpful staff ,. The room was spotlessly clean . And only very short distance from.the beach and all the amenities . I shall be going back

Super room overlooking hovercraft. High ceilings, mattress v soft but comfortable. Be warned that may get coach parties mid week but weekend clientele are younger.

I found spider webs on walls and lift look too old ...window is not at good i booked doubleroom with sea view which was on 3rd floor

I particularly liked the location of the hotel which is near the pierhead the trains and the bus terminus There is a good restaurant and bar The armchairs in the lounge could go with replacing but if you like Victorian hotels you will like this

The hotel was lovely staff very helpful a receptionist called Kelly was very helpful. Lovely bar very relaxing all staff were very good.

Excellent location for those without a car. Situated alongside the Ryde public transport hub which includes train, bus & hovercraft options. A once very elegant hotel now perhaps a little tired but still full of charm. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was beautifully cooked traditional English fare.

The hotel is very conveniently located for local amenities and our room had a fantastic view towards Portsmouth
