皇家滨海大道酒店

首先房間內沒有WiFi服務，現今社會，酒店沒可能沒有Wi-Fi服務，他的酒店只供應大堂，房內設施簡陋，沒有雪櫃也沒有保險箱，房間內亦沒有盒裝紙巾供客人使用，也沒有提供樽裝水給客人。 我也住過他鄰近酒店而且價錢比這更還低港幣$200一晚，但是他每天提供兩支樽裝水，第一天入到房內還有朱古力贈送，他們房間的Wi-Fi接收能力還比自己的上網卡更強，也有盒裝紙巾放在睡床旁邊！ 所以再對比一下，這間酒店的好處只是近碼頭！其他不值一提

房間寬敞，床鋪整潔舒服。早餐豐富有選擇。方便。附近吃東西方便。

Very festively decorated for Xmas. The room was snug but had a good view, although since we were at the top there were a lot of intruding angles. For example standing up straight in the shower was a challenge. Breakfast was included and the staff in the restaurant were pleasant. Old fashioned seaside hotel.

All good and nice to have a 'individualistic style hotel'...ie still with Victorian features.

Was okay

We booked a sea view room, but the single glazed windows meant it was noisy. There is major engineering work happening across the road all through the night which we felt we should have been made aware of when booking as it affected our sleep. The walls between rooms are thin, meaning you hear your neighbours television (at 5am), and the curtains do nothing to cut out the street lights. There was a sliding door to the bathroom, which was easily dislodged from the track- just not user friendly. Tea and coffee was served in vacuum jugs, the coffee wasn’t very warm. There was a limited buffet selection, but the cooked menu had several options. However, my scrambled eggs were overcooked and the toast was rubbery. The lift only went 1 floor towards our room, leaving 2 flights of stairs to negotiate with my walking stick and our bags.

Clean and cosy room, friendly and welcoming

Staff friendly enough but hotel and rooms are very tired and in need of complete refurbishment. There is no double glazing so spent most of the night awake listening to the yobbos screeching up and down the main road on motorbikes.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was really good, quiet and good size bathroom. Great cooked breakfast. Great location, close to the railway station and bus station.

This hotel is warm & welcoming. This is my go to for it is close to the buses, the hovercraft & the fastest offer many portions to see all the locals sighs

A great hotel with nice rooms and friendly staff. Check-in was easy and quick. A great location being close to the town centre, bus station, Hovercraft terminal and Pier for Catermaran boat services to Portsmouth. It would have been nice if the check in time could have been a little earlier, as 4pm is quite a late time to start check in otherwise everything else was excellent. The breakfast was nice as it was included in the price of the room and you had the choice of a full English breakfast.

Comfortable, convenient with large room, great view and very good breakfast. Staff are excellent!

Nice hotel, a 3 or 3.5*. A bit dated, especially for the price. Nice room though imagine it’s cold in winter with the old windows. Bathroom seemed updated. Kettle and instant coffee and tea in the room. Breakfast included was ok, but still no decent coffee! Good location opposite the sea front and easy to walk to local areas. Friendly staff.
