お部屋はとても綺麗で、ホテル内の雰囲気もサービスも素晴らしく、高級感があります。とても気に入りました。またぜひ泊まりたいと思っています。

バスルームにタオル用のハンガーがもっとあればよかったです。 カーペットはもう必要ありません。 スタッフはとても親切で助かりました。

Lokasi deket dengan Terminal kedatangan Qantas, sekitar 1KM an bisa dengan jalan kaki. Receptionis nya sangat ramah dan kebetulan dapat yang orang Indonesia juga. Trus mau ke Terminal keberangkatan bisa booking shuttle dari hotel cuma 10 dollar per orang. Dari hotel ke Sydney Park juga deket sambil jalan-jalan.

The hotel is unlike a common or normal 5 stars hotel. The room did not have any welcome drink at all. The connection to the room wifi is not simple (this could be confusing for some oldschool people who wants to stay at the place). The room have a little space. I have been to some pullman hotel in another country, the same type of room serve better than pullman sydney airport. The variety of breakfast is not much but okay, still not as I expected from 5 stars hotel. Would definitely choose budget hotel than pullman sydney airport hotel which turns out serve a similar services like 3-4 stars hotel.

Kamar bersih, hanya sedikit kecil... Lokasi strategis... dekat dengan Terminal Domestik... Dan tidak tersedia compliment air mineral
