プルマンシドニー空港

清潔感がありとても良かったです

翌日早朝便で帰国だったので、空港近くということで宿泊。荷物多かったので翌朝大きなタクシーを呼んでくれました。 夕食も当日予約して美味しくいただきました。人気でした。

飛行場に近くアクセスがよい。飛行場が近いが館内は静かできれい。対応は親切。シドニーでのトランジットにはおすすめ。

朝食が他のプルマンを期待するとさみしいかもしれません

とても綺麗でした。掃除も行き届いていて、気持ちよく過ごせました。空港にも近くて助かりました。

It is a disgrace for the brand. I do not know where can you find another hotel in Australia that charges for wifi! where to find another airport hotel that charges for shuttle bus to airport! Really bad!

2人で利用しました。 部屋のシャワーとトイレが頭位のスライドガラスで仕切られていて、使用時の音や空気感に気を使いリラックスできませんでした。 1人で使うには申し分ありません。

Excellent and very quiet. I do recommend though that if ordering room service, order the kids size as it was still big enough portion to fill you up, just cheaper for the same thing adult price.

Check in staff was not knowledgeable and customer service was not good. Did not provide information about parking and breakfast options. Room temperature could not be controlled and was too hot. We had 1 room with 2 queen size beds. They replaced us with 2 separate rooms for the air conditioning issue. Stayed in this hotel previously and the experience was great but this time it wasn’t good.

Great service, friendly staff, great bar area

Upgraded to a superior suite which was spectacular. Large and comfortably appointed room with a huge bathroom and an extra toilet. Bed was great. Friendly and fast service. Couldn’t be happier.

I really didn’t like the room design - install a wall to partition off the bathroom area! Surely most people don’t want an open plan bed and bathroom layout?

Great when you first arrive and see the room. Then it's easy to start seeing what's not happening in the room. Dust above the bathroom mirror, on the wood wall, bathroom toilet button is broken, phone is dirty, tv was crooked. Shower was nice and tub was welcoming until the water was turned on. Smell of mold persist. We did order room service when we arrived which took about 40 min instead of 60 and the Morning. food was good and delivered promptly. We were granted a late check out with sign up with the company website. The staff are kind and helpful thus the three stars. Room cleanliness is an important one for me. Maybe it was an off day for someone having to clean so much.
