The shuttle the property advertises is NOT free. They chargec$12 per person per way to outsource to Sydney Super Shuttle, which was a very poor experience. You are much better off taking an uber or taxi from the airport.

Staff were friendly and accomodating, room was clean and cool to escape the humidity. Only a 5 min walk to mascot station with direct link to City and airport. Very handy.

I stayed in a suite and it was nice and fairly clean. there was an opened soda in the minibar and an opened water bottle on the TV stand so the cleaning wasn't done very well unfortunately

Was given a complimentary upgrade where a tray of delicious desserts awaited me. Enjoyed a soak in the tub with a glass of wine while watching free movie on demand. Fabulous customer service, easy check in, prompt room service and great accommodation 10 mins from the airport - and never heard a peep from planes overhead!
