Ripped off one night’s accommodation due to misinformation by staff! Both Wotif and Pullman unhelpful, simply bouncing between each other. Airport shuttle was more expensive than a taxi and a very long walk to the bus - don’t bother.

First time staying at Pullman Sydney Airport and was very impressed! Lovely room with good view, delicious dinner and breakfast, good shower and bed. Will be back in 2 months and I’m sure many more times after that.

We ate dinner in the restaurant. The food was mediocre. The prices are excessive for the quality. I didn’t eat much of my risotto. I was asked late in the meal how my food was and I stated was of low taste and quality. No attempt was made to engage with me at that point after I stated that. Again at payment I was asked the same question and the more senior staff gave me $10 off. My sense is given how little I ate they would waive the charge altogether. My wife had the prawns and they were not fresh and were well over cooked. The room was adaquate but quite small with a glassed in bathroom not actual walls. The beds were comfortable. The room was 19 C on arrival (chilly) and the climate control was not responsive to any inputs. I complained about this to the front desk. They said they would look into it while we ate dinner. There was no loop back to me as the guest and it continued to be unserviceable when we returned to the room. Overall for the price of the stay and the meal, they need to pick it up a bit.

Nice room Great breakfast and lots of variety

When I checked in, the temperature in the room was 19C and did not heat up after I increased temperature to 24-25 degrees on wall thermostat. I went down to reception X 2, called X 1 for help to get heat and requested a different room with heat. I was just told each time that they sent someone up. I sat for over 45 minutes with my coat on waiting for someone to fix the heat. When someone finally came, he was rude, condescending, told me it was cold in room because it was cold outside. It was 3 degrees WARMER outside than in my room. He also told me to be patient and the heat increasing .5 degrees in one hour was normal. It is NOT! He then brought me a space heater and it was the only way I could stay in room. I went to their restaurant to get a hamburger and the hamburger was COLD!! Did Pullman Hotel give me a room without adequate heat because I reserved the room through hotels.com??? How can a “luxury “ room not have adequate heat???? Why was the hamburger cold? ? I should have been given a room with working heat and upgraded immediately instead of expecting a customer to stay in a room that was frigid. I will never stay at another Pullman hotel.

The space was pretty tight but otherwise a very nice stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay. From the moment of entering the property, I found a warm and welcoming atmosphere which continued throughout my 2 day stay. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff who went over and above to help me rendezvous with my cousin who had difficulty finding the place by car , even though it was close to midnight by the time he arrived. The room was elegantly presented, comfortable and very quiet. The view from the 10th floor was restful and overlooked parkland. A generous breakfast buffet came with the package. My thanks to all for the smiles and concern after a family bereave. 💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice spacious room. Perfect for a long layover

Room was clean, staff were great and helpful. Didn't use the bar or have breakfast as we had the kids just for 1 nights stay but definitely looked enjoyable. Will definitely stay again if we have to travel anywhere nearby again

The hotel is good, but it is not walking distance from the airport, especially from international terminal.

Room was very comfortable. We had a small problem with the tv which had burn in on the screen making it difficult to watch. The staff refunded our parking and moved us to another room for the remainder of our stay. The restaurant was fine but a little overpriced on a basic hamburger etc
