Nice room but the hotel have no fitness center service and don’t have swimming pool as well.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable . Walk able to the train station.

Always a good stay. Dinner at Mobius always yummy great service from Duke specifically. However we didn’t quite enjoy our room service breakfast very much. All in all will stay again.

Check in was very good and easy, especially as we were late in. We could get something to eat in the bar area. It does great light dishes which were perfect for us. The layout of the room is a bit odd. The bathroom is open to the bedroom. So no privacy. Otherwise is was nice. No milk in the fridge for a cup of tea in the morning was disappointing. The lifts are great, nice and quick. 👍

This place does have the upmarket vibe that I think you're looking for when you select it. The problem is that the management is not on top of it. Just little niggles everywhere that let it down. A forgotten/missed breakfast card hanging on the door. An absent concierge for too long while waiting to check in. A crazy excuse for not immediately seating us in the more-than-half-empty restaurant ... then serving us at the bar the exact food we'd have ordered in the restaurant ... it came from the kitchen that supposedly couldn't receive us in the restaurant! These are the signs of a management that doesn't know how to do service. The staff themselves were happy and attentive perfect really. Just let down by systems and management sadly.

Great location to the airport - 5 minutes in an uber which is much cheaper than the hotel transfer. Station is close by to get into the city - took about 20/30 minutes. Hotel is clean with all the usual amenities. We didn’t have breakfast as had an early flight so cannot comment on food.

Friendly staff and very nice rooms! Although we didn’t like how the bathroom was separated by a semi see through wall in the room- we could basically the other person dressing or showering. But other than that everyone else was good :)

The air conditioning was stuck on at 20 degrees which was very cold. The garbage bin in the room did not open. This shows not enough consideration for guests

My stay at Pullman is a mixed bag. Parking cost and location was not expected when checking in. The parking is located next door to the hotel which is shared with other business. By the time you get to the hotel parking level, there is a weird mechanical frame in each spot to accommodate two cars. If you go up to the next level, normal parking spaces. However no elevator access which is located on the level below. $40 per night for this inconvenience is not justified. My single room was excellent in design. However, the fitting are now showing wear along with the A/C not allowing you to change the temperature.

Loved our stay

It was ok - the front staff are not so friendly compare of other hotels we have been to but they got the job done. We stayed for 2 nights; the room wasn't cleaned properly. Teacups were left uncleaned for our second day stay. We will not come back if we have other choices. The positive point is the man at the front of the hotel. He made us feel welcome. He is the highlight.

It felt very safe. Two particular staff members, Jennifer and Mario, were absolutely amazing and went over and beyond to be of assistance. My only issue was the heat pump in my room which was freezing until maintenance figured out it was damaged and fixed the problem.
