Excellent hotel. Very good value for what we paid. Responsive staff. Got extra pillows from housekeeping at 11pm. Not many hotels will do that for you that late.

Great place to stop in for a night on the way through the city. Room service was really tasty, and is available with limited options 24/7. Close to airport (about 15 minute uber ride) and lots of Ubers close by for pick up. Clean.

This is a lovely hotel but it is not five star. The rooms are spacious and kept clean (except the carpet). Maintenance and attention to the smaller details - replenish toiletries, make sure towels, slippers and robes are available, replenish tea/coffee - would all improve the experience. Check in staff were not friendly. Food was decent and room service relatively quick.

The Reception and Guest Services staff were among the best I have ever encountered in over 50 years of traveling. They went above and beyond to assist me and make my stay VERY enjoyable and comfortable. Two standouts were Alysia and Mukunda whose professional, courteous and compassionate assistance were much appreciated. I can't thank them and the whole staff enough. Wonderful, absolutely wonderful to work with. Thank you very much.

Room service / Kitchen couldn’t toast the sandwich (a ‘Toastie’) I’d post the photo if I could.
The room service staff member was so embarrassed that they didn’t charge us for it. My wife didn’t eat it! She went hungry. My pizza was not good either, I didn’t eat much that!
Had we known we would have eaten before returning to the hotel.
Pullman Airport is a hotel we have stayed at before. We actually like it very much. Senior hotel management needs a ‘Rev-up’!

Close to Sydney Airport. Staff were friendly, but seemed inexperienced in some areas, so it was difficult to get information, even with restaurant menu items. We were only thee from evening to morning, so didn't check out any facilities. Overall , it was clean and convenient and comfortable.

It’s a beautiful clean place but I just don’t like how we walk from the car park to go to another building where we were staying but I like everything except the car park
