Great location clean safe and walkable!! Wonderful hotel

Fantastic location and hotel very good

Water runs out from shower onto floor causing a slip and fall. This Hotel is far from a 5 * a hwy motel 6 is better. Roaches in wardrobe. We showed Alfredo the video who could care less. Alfredo in Front Desk is not a representative of what you’re advertising. Please give him a tie.

Our room window looked directly into a restaurant on the top floor. Room was smaller than the one I booked. And the AC was so loud it actually vibrated my pillow all night.

The staff was great an the hotel

Much more than I expected. The front desk guy at check in answered all our questions and when we explained we were serious food people sent us to the best restaurant in town. We never ate anywhere else. Great location. More affordable and better than the surrounding “ blg deal” hotels. Stay there.

Room was amazing, beautiful hotel in the center of town. Service also very good and attentive. Amazing breakfast.

O hotel é lindo e bem localizado. O quarto,apesar de não ter muito espaço, era funcional e agradável. A equipe foi muito atenciosa. O café da manhã atendeu as necessidades. Precisamos de um café da manhã express no dia em tínhamos um passeio muito cedo, o que muitos hotéis providenciam como cortesia, e achei o valor cobrado incompatível pelo que foi oferecido. O hotel dispõe de música ao vivo ao entardecer, o que consideramos agradável, apesar de se estender até 22:30. Acho que no check in isso pode ser alertado para que seja possível um remanejamento para o hóspede que deseje uma quarto mais silencioso.

Comodidades

Breakfast is continental buffet and AMAZING. The fruit, the many options, the omelettes, truly delicious. The room was spotless, the location more than convenient to walk and explore Casco Viejo, the staff was very kind and helpful. The only downside is that the room we needed (family) was ready a bit after check in time (3:20 pm instead of 3 pm). I would stay again here.

The employees were the best of all our hotels. They were so friendly. Super helpful booking reservations, guiding us where to go. The hotel is gorgeous. We felt like we were boarding the titanic with all the beautiful wooden stairs and piano playing! Loved all the live music. Every single employee was so friendly. Location is perfect for exploring the area. Didn’t eat the breakfast bc we were only here one day, but it looked and smelled delicious. Room was nice and clean, but one of the beds felt like the frame or box spring was broken bc my husband and I both rolled to the center! We ended up putting our kids in that bed and it was ok for them.

Très bel hôtel très bien situé dans le centre historique, personnel agréable. Très bon petit déjeuner. Propreté passable. Attention, les chambres ne correspondent pas aux photos. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une petite chambre au 4° étage avec une toute petite fenêtre ne correspondant pas à la réservation. Après contestation, nous avons obtenu la chambre correspondante à notre réservation 22 m2 avec 2 fenêtres. Pas de bouteille de vin promise... Malgré tout notre séjour a été agréable.

The beds and bedding were bad. The duvet wasn’t clean, the pillows overstuffed and hard and the bed was squeaky. I’d say the beds were a 2 star hotel level.
