Loved the hotel! No issues at all!! Hopefully will stay there again next time I go to Montreal for the Grand Prix

Great location and very clean, modern looking rooms

Was a good experience overall. Had issues with room cleaning and smell with towels. They forgot to clean out room, so we're stuck with same sheets for over 3 nights

The staff are friendly and helpful. They helped ensure my stay was comfortable.

Overall I enjoyed the hotel, clean and check-in staff were excellent. Food in the restaurant was really good… only one problem… made reservations at 730 on Saturday the 24th…. Took 5 min to be seated… so far so good….. sat at our table for 35 min…. Had to ask for menus … then when I went to the bar after another 15min to ask the bar manager( guy with dark framed glasses) to send us a server… he pointed to a server and said there he is….. I went back to our table and told the server that we were ready to order… he said ok….. we only saw him walking around totally ignoring us…. Other servers were walking around literally trying to look busy! So now after about an hour without service (not even drinks) we looked up restaurants near by and went to another place. This probably might be a factor in the hotel I choose next year for the F1…. I booked 4 nights

Perfect location for what I was in town for.

I came to this hotel for the second time, and during my second stay I faced some issues. First, the room I received was different from the one I had booked. I had reserved a 450-square-foot room, but we were given a 300-square-foot room instead. Since we were four people, the room size was very important for us. However, we were simply told that the room we had booked was not available and that this was the only room they had. Second, there were no complimentary drinking water bottles in the room, and guests had to buy drinking water if they needed it. Third, there were no slippers provided for the guests.

Property and the room was eelly clean and we enjoyed the stay. But i call reception for a bottle of water like 3 times nobody responded. There was not even a single bottle of water left in the room

Trendy and updated room with a centre “island” sink. Comfortable bed and bedding.

Nice stay, nice room for 3 of us.

Everything was wonderful except when it came to washing my hands in cold water. Ran the tap for awhile and when I put my hands in it burned me. Steaming hot water ended up coming out. When I mentioned it to the front desk staff they said “that’s weird, we will have someone look after it.” I even showed her how red my finger was
