The location was off the beaten path, but It worked for what we wanted. It was a lovely stay and the room, spa, and pool were spotless and clean.

This was our first stay and we’ll definitely come back! Rooms were modern and clean. Free parking restaurant in hotel was great and it was walking distance to several other restaurants across the street. Although there was an ice storm just before our arrival so we just drove/ubered places. It’s about a 15-20 minute drive from downtown Montreal but I prefer to be in less busy areas but still close enough to the city.

Le spa n etait pas assez chaud et l eau etait un peu embrouillée mais l hôtel et la chambre etait tres propre et le service etait excellent.

They charged me for 2 rooms on 2 seperate credits card. And when I called them, they keep telling me that I booked 4 rooms. There is some fraudulent activity going on here. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, theyve told me no one is in for a few days.

Chambre et service impeccables.

The rooms are clean and spacious, perfect with a family. The breakfast was very good! And the restaurant is open for breakfast until 2h00 pm, you can sleep in!

Chambre avec chauffage défectueux. Nous avons du changer de chambre sans compensations après avoir défait nos valises, très tard le soir, avec des enfants. Très compliqué pour une nuit ...

Chambres spacieuses. Un peu bruyant dans la nuit

L’accueil avec une réceptionniste très sympathique, c’était rapide. La propreté de la chambre et c’était bien insonorisé.

J'avais réservé une chambre pour la nuit du 24 décembre. Le matelas était complétement fini. Il y avait un gros creux dans le matelas qui a rendu le sommeil impossible. Il est tout a fait inadmissible de faire payer une chambre où l'état du matelas est absolument excécrable. Lorque j'en ai fait part à la réception on m'a tout simplement dit qu'ils étaient désolés pour ça et que la prochaine fois ils verraient à ce que ça soit mieux. On ne m' a offert aucune compasation. Je ne recommanderais pas cet établissement à qui que ce soit.

Chambre très belle on manquait de rien. Je n’ai pas déjeuner. La baignoire à remous est très plaisant et très chaude. J’ai passé un très bon moment.
