Hotel Mortagne

Great staff!

Nous avons eu l'occasion d'avoir une chambre rénovée avec une salle de bain décloisonnée! J'ai trouvé l'idée épouvantable! La douche à même la chambre n'offre aucune intimité et la toilette dans un espace fermé était très écho ce qui, encore une fois, n'offrait aucune intimité. Je déplore vivement ce design. Le reste de la chambre était correct quoique le décor ultra moderne soit totalement dépourvu de chaleur et de confort. Le lit et la literie seulement était confortables. C'est l'essentiel! Au rez-de-chaussée, le corridor menant aux chambres est peinturé tout en noir. Loin de donner du prestige et du chic, à mon avis, cette ambiance dégrade l'expérience, la rendant plus sombre, bas de gamme, voire même incitant au non-respect. Ce n'est pas le genre d'expérience que je recherche dans un hôtel. Il est clair que la clientèle visée est plus jeune, par conséquent, je ne m'y sentais pas à ma place, ce qui ne devrait pas en principe être l'image d'un hôtel haut de gamme.

I was only here for 1 night but slept very well. No outside noises.

Great room with a nice tub goo for warmin up and the restaurant is top notch

Nice hotel..my usual pick when in Montreal for business. Very clean and welcoming staff. Hotel smells great! Wish I knew what scent they use. The only negatives are no room service, and tv. Hotel is seemingly stuck in the past with a lack of smart tvs. Which means no Netflix etc. kinda strange this day and age.

Very clean, modern and spacious. Great value overall.

You breath in this hotel and they will charge you !! We got charge for getting water and thats not even the issue they get your cc info on the first date and they keep charging you for no reason . There is no cutleries or anything in the room . The tv is really bad and the phone doesn’t work so every time we needed smth we had to go downstairs . The sheets were also not clean and had a stain on them . They only do room services every other day so they entered the room while we were still there so we missed the chance of them cleaning our room . The guy at the Receptionist is very nice tho but there is a lady who works at night usually and she is rude .

Very lovely hotel, the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was exceptionally spacious and clean! The lobby has a calm and warm environment. We had breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant and it was yummy! I would come back!

Old room with carpet, smell old furniture. I did ask to change room and they give me one will floor instead of carpet but still old furniture. Need to refresh. I did noy enjoy my stay.

Il manque beaucoup d’éclairage, chambre 564 Et aussi table maquillage pas assez éclairée,et la distance du comptoir trop profond,donc difficile de bien voir. Il y a eu une fausse alerte pour le feu cette nuit,difficile de se redormir . Je préfère la chambre 561 plus accessible et moderne

Excellent place, very gentle and communicative reception desk

When checking in, there were only one set of towels in the bathroom. Normally when coming to this hotel, there are two sets along with bathrobes in the room. This time there were no bathrobes. The phone in the room wouldn't work to call the front desk so I went downstairs to ask for more. Then when going to use the jetted tub in the room, it did not work and the front desk sent someone to check but they pressed buttons by the tub and never returned to the room. I had to go downstairs to complain about this issue and all was offered was one free breakfast for 1 person. I had my partner with me so that was unacceptable. I requested a partial refund because I rent these rooms specifically for the jetted tubs and it wasn't working at all. Awful service this time around, will not be returning again because the front desk concierge had a bad attitude when asking for a partial refund. Never heard back from Director of customer service like the front desk said she would pass my information to him for a call.
