Old electrical, old room , old TV, far from main city. Need renovation.

We stayed at Hotel Mortagne for 3 nights over Thanksgiving weekend on a family trip. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location was also convenient, only a short drive from Montreal, which made it easy to explore the area. However, we paid extra for a room with a jet tub, and unfortunately, it did not work for our entire stay. I reported the issue to the front desk on the second day and was assured it would be fixed, but each night we returned, the tub was still not working. The night staff were kind and offered to switch rooms, but this wasn’t possible since our toddler was already asleep. Even by the final night, the issue remained unresolved. I contacted Expedia for assistance, but the hotel declined to provide any compensation for the inconvenience. I was disappointed by the lack of follow-through and accountability. While the hotel itself is nice, the way this issue was handled really affected our overall experience.

Very Nice place

The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and really close to some restaurants. There is also a restaurant at the hotel. Lots of parking spots. The staffs we're just okay. Not very friendly and welcoming. Our check in was not bad, the guys who checked us in was not very good at speaking English so he had to call his someone else which I think was his manager. He was nice, he answered my questions. But our check out was just okay. I thought the guy would asked how our stay was and be thankful that we stayed at the hotel but he didn't say anything, he just processed the payment and that was it. He said nothing after giving us the receipt. That was sad. I was expecting something better from the hotel staffs. But overall if we would ever come back to Boucherville, Quebec, we would still stay at the same hotel. Just hoping next time the staff would be a lot more welcoming and friendlier. Thanks Hotel Mortagne for a good stay. Our room was very nice, very roomy and very clean and bright. We stayed for 2 nights.

I would stay there again. Long way from downtown so I would book something closer to Montreals beautiful old town. Great for business as many large companies are close. 5 minutes from the Pratt and Witney campus

Hotel and rooms are clean, overall hotel is nice… the only thing is a cheap feel to finish and furniture. room furniture looks good on pictures but feels dated and somewhat uncomfortable. Smell in hotel is very nice with scent diffuser.

Bed was very hard.but otherwise love everything about this place

Upscale and very up to date.

The entertainment system (TV) was not cooperative. There was no Netflix, Disney+ or Apple TV. Was not even able to cast/mirror content from my phone/ipad. They have to change tvs and update their system.
