We have stayed at this hotel for the past three years while attending Osheaga. It is the perfect location to travel to the festival as we travelled against the traffic. The hotel is perfect for our family - the kids love the pool and we love the hot tub, sauna, ability to bring food (fridge and microwave) and the late check out. We would recommend this hotel for families

Outdated rooms and the shower head water pressure is minimal…takes longer to shower…very convenient location though…we were abruptly woken up by a kid screaming in the hall at 1am and the mother didn’t even bother to shut him down…we had to get up and tell them to be quiet…there was a soccer tournament going on…it’s not the hotel’s fault but still annoying

Beautiful room but there was no cold water from the basin.

This hotel is beautifully maintained with a very unique layout, both in the lobby and in the rooms. Very comfy bed, Nespresso in the room (our fav). Toilet in it's own "water closet", shower enclosed fully in glass within the room (so if you're with someone and shy, this would not be your thing) and the sink right within the bedroom, on a large counter island with a modern mirror. Very modern design, lots of storage space and a cool, multicoloured lighting system like "all the kids are using". We loved our stay. Fantastic pool and hot tub that looks out onto a very "South Beach Miami" vibe outdoor lounge/bar, with a DJ. Tons of free parking. Great food. Staff is very professional and attentive. Location is not in a residential or shopping district, it's very isolated except for mid-range restaurants. Beside a convention centre. Great place for events. We highly recommend this hotel!

Super bien. Facile d’accès et bon choix de resto aux environs.

Très déçu si je me compare dans mes souvenirs. Tout d'abord notre chambre était juste à côté des ascenseurs et près de la machine à glace. Ensuite, le matelas était confo, mais c'était des lits escamotables, non précisé sur notre réservation. Les oreillers étaient très minces et pas confortable. Et pour courronner le tout, la télévision n'était pas fonctionnelle. Par chance que ce n'était que pour une seule nuit.

Our room was great, we had lots of space. The lobby was cool, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a great stay and will stay again!

L’hôtel a été rénové mais c’est difficile faire du neuf avec du vieux, la déco est ordinaire et les oreillers ne sont pas de qualité. C’est okay pour dépanner une soirée

It was nice. The king size room for 2 people is good for a couple, the shower is not private to the rest of the room which would be weird if you are travelling with a friend or family member. It was funny, my kids made fun of it. :) lol The double room for my kids was good but outdated. The stay was nice overall but I’m not sure if I would return, like half of the hotel was renovated and something is missing so if you are a picky about hotels may be want to give it a second thought, otherwise is ok.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly. We were traveling with a baby, and the hotel made our stay comfortable and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Cet hôtel se démarque par les petites touches qui rendent l'expérience un peu plus agréable. Des longues serviettes de bain, piscine, et sauna, toujours disponibles, en passant par les différents types de lumières pour créer des ambiances dans la chambre, jusqu'aux peignoirs et les oreillers hyper confortables, on sent qu'il y a le souci du détail.
