箱根小涌園 天悠。思い出すと悲しくなります。箱根小涌園 天悠で素晴らしい時間を過ごしたので、日本郵政の不況に圧倒されてしまいます。スタッフの皆さんはとても親切でした。チェックイン時にヤマト運輸から届いた荷物を丁寧に扱っていただき、部屋に置いていただきました。食事もとても美味しかったです。温泉も最高でした。ただ、部屋から見える景色は駐車場のようで、期待していた滝とは違いました。でも、まあいいでしょう。8周年おめでとうございます。来年もまた来ます。ここに泊まるのが大好きです。

ここに泊まってとても満足しました。景色も温泉も最高でした。スタッフもとても丁寧で親切でした。アドバイス: 早めに到着して庭の景色を楽しみ、チェックイン後は日没時に露天風呂に浸かってください。

Hotel provides a shuttle bus but buses comes every 30 mins with very limited seats (only 10 seats available). We missed 2 buses before we managed to board, very frustrating as we waited in the rain, in winter at 0 degrees. There were elderly and children waiting in the queue, not sure why the hotel didn't increase frequency. Restaurants in the hotel doesn't accept walk-ins - they require advanced reservations and the restaurants around the hotel closes at 5pm. Our booking does not include dinner but this piece of information wasn't told by the staff. We found out ourselves pretty late and had to eat at family mart. Hotel was crowded. The only saving grace to us were the room size, hot tub at the balcony and the complimentary lounge usage given by the hotel as it was our anniversary. Given the price we paid for, we were expecting better service. Probably won't stay here again.
