素晴らしい立地と最新の洗練された施設。客室も洗練されておりますアメニティ、タオル、リネンも完璧。併設のメスカルバーもお勧めです。残念だったのは、レストランで朝食代を誤請求されたこと、レストランスタッフのチップの過大要求には注意してください。最後にルーフトップは改装中？でプールはありませんでした。 フロントの白人女性に色々と助けていただきました。ありがとう！

Excellent place and service. Great location. The hotel is beautiful and clean.

Our stay at LOtel Casa Arca was really beautiful. The stay came with 1 meal per day which you select from their menu and was absolutely delicious! The facilities were clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. It is walking distance (just outside) to the square with so much shopping and many wonderful restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was a surprise. It is about a half block off the Jardin square, shopping and restaurants. It was clean and quiet and we would definitely stay there again.

Muy buena atención previa a nuestra llegada. Ya que el hotel se encuentra en Zona Peatonal (muy de San Miguel) estuvieron atentos para esperarnos y que nuestra llegada no tuviera inconvenientes. El Hotel esta enclavado en una casona del principios de 1900. Las habitaciones de construcción nuevas de muy buen tamaño y mobiliario de alta gama, preciosos.

Beautiful hotel in a great location in Centro. Breakfast is included and it is wonderful and plenty. The rooftop bar is very nice but doesn’t have great views like others in town. The staff was great and most were very pleasant. Not all spoke English but it wasn’t usually a problem. I highly recommend this hotel

Todo súper bien, está muy bonito. Lo único malo es que se escucha todo y es un poco difícil dormir, y el ruido empieza muy temprano

Hotel es lindo y está bien ubicado. Restaurantes muy buenos y el nuevo rooftop está super. Pero para el precio (que es comparable con hoteles 5 estrellas) le falta calidad en el servicio y mejorar terminaciones en las habitaciones y algunas áreas comunes que se ven deterioradas. Tener en cuenta que queda en una calle peatonal y no ofrecen asistencia con equipaje.

El trato tan personalizado y la cordialidad del personal. Me encantó la propiedad y cada detalle que dejaron para mi y mis acompañantes
