バスタブの表記があったので選んだ部屋だが、スイートルームでないとバスタブはないと言われた。バスタブ目当てで選んだホテルなので、とても失望した。 防音設備がよくないのが、真夜中に隣室の大きなテレビ音で、4泊中2回、睡眠妨害にあった。

総合してクオリティは高い。エアコンに暖房設定があればもっと良いとおもいます。

部屋は清潔で、設備もよく、快適です。朝食も種類が豊富で大変美味しくいただきました。それほど大きくないですが、スポーツジムもあり、ホテル全体のサービスも十分に満足できます。今回はビジネスで利用しましたが、次回は家族でも利用したいと思います。

Location is good, staff is amazing. Breakfast is extra ordinary amazing. Only issue was bathroom in the room. It's a little outdated!

Great dinner buffet. Breakfast buffet was good as well. Staff is excellent. Before arriving there, I had a tough time getting anybody to answer the phone. Got frustrated and tweeted out to the world. That got immediate attention and my requests for airport pickup, and other transportation needs were handled very well. Special shout out to Atul Shrivastava the driver assigned to us. He was awesome.

Clean room, nice bed, courteous staff, good breakfast, very good Chinese restaurant.

Nice hotel in a busy business area. Front staff is efficient and friendly. We were pleased to visit a clean town after long time. Hotel is perfectly situated in a nice area and shopping area was very conveniently located. We recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay and experience.

I was expecting a lot more than that was delivered. Afterall, it is the Hyatt name at stake right. The room was old and dirty. The welcome sign had some one else's name on it(?) The food was terrible - the first night the chicken satay was just raw inside. Complained and the chef lady said that's how it comes. No, thank you. You can contract solmanella/E- Coli NOT I. She was actually very rude. She did not come the second night tho (a good thing). Old hotel - needs major upgrades. Rooms have to be renovated to todays standards. Paid way too much for this dump. Stay away.

wonderful staff but frequent blackout

i am very happy with room, lobby, all staff. wifi is patchy, no reception in bathroom, i find it unacceptable.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Regency hotel in Lucknow. Tanushree, Rishika and Rabina were excellent in the first floor breakfast lounge and were always very attentive to my needs and requests. Thank you to each of you and the entire Hyatt team for making this a wonderfully memorable experience! 🙂

Staff at the reception was very nice to let me check in early by few hours. Which was very helpful since I had traveled for almost 20 hours straight!

I had a terrible mishap during morning breakfast service. I took dates from breakfast spread. These were cut open by your staff and were supposed to be without seeds. While eating these dates, I bit into the pulp and unfortunately there was a seed in one of the dates. The dates were supposed to be without any seed but it seems your staff was very careless and did not ensure that the dates do not have any seeds. The seed affected my lateral incisor. My gums swelled up over next couple of days and the pain was unbearable. I was not able to chew food with pain in my lateral incisor. I had no choice but to visit a dental surgeon to have the dental damage assessed and possible course of remedy. He assessed that the lateral incisor had cracked and that it needs to be removed and he has to implant a new tooth. This will not only cause a terrible surgical pain but will cost me nearly Rs. 35000 !

Very dirty. Smell was overwhelming. My husband fell sick and I will never stay in Hyatt Regency again
