歴史地区の中心部にあり、メトロポリタン大聖堂やラテンアメリカタワーといった観光地が徒歩圏内です。近所に買い物ができる場所も多く、快適に滞在できました。 チェックインの際、明るく対応してもらえました。 チェックアウト後、夜まで荷物を預かってもらいましたが丁寧な対応でした。 寝具・水回りの清潔感は問題ないと感じました。 ジャグジー付きの部屋に宿泊しましたが、お湯が出るのに時間がかかったこと、バスタブの栓がきれいに閉まらずお湯が溜められなかったので⭐︎4です。

日本語の話せるドアマンの方がおり、とてもスムーズな対応を頂きました。

日本語を話すガードマンが、スペイン語訛りでかつ不明瞭で早口なフロントが何言っているのかわからない時に助けてくれました。24時間いるわけではないので、助けてもらえたらラッキーでしょう。コネクティングルームにするドアが一枚だけのせいか、隣の人の話し声や歌声、テレビの音が同じ部屋にいるように聞こえます。夜遅くに大きな声で歌い出したときは、さすがにドアを叩いて知らせました。もちろんその前にフロントに静かにするように伝えてもらっ他のですが、ハイになっているのかなかなか静かにはならりませんでしたね。

バスタブのある部屋に４泊しました。 タオルやシーツも滞在中交換不要というと対応してくれるようなエコなホテルです。 冷蔵庫はありますが期待できません。 にほ

素晴らしいホテル。内装、設備、朝食、いづれもかなり高いレベル。朝食はお決まりのメニューに加え、オーダー式のメニューも選べる。ソカロ地区が近く、テオティワカン遺跡に行くためのNord駅までは近くからメトロバスがあり、一本で行ける。国立人類学博物館へも、4と7のメトロバスで行けるので、接続が非常に良い。部屋の照明もふんだんにあり、出張できても十分に仕事が可能。周囲あまり賑やかでないのは、騒がしいのが嫌いな人にはむしろよい。治安が悪そうにはない。一点だけ注文があるとすると、冷蔵庫がないことには注意。AMEXは使えない模様。

The room was great. The staff was great!! The breakfast is delicious. Irene our waitress at the restaurant is the reason why we keep coming back.

I stayed for 4 nights. I did not experience any issues at all. Smooth check in, clean room, clean and nice restroom, and was able to get good sleep. The staff was really nice and very attentive. When I would arrive after hours, the greeter at the door would get up and meet me outside with the door open. The hotel smelled great. They had free fruit around the hotel everyday. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. Easy walk to the historic center. Convenient location to get to museums and to the historic center shops. Would recommend and would stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is super clean, the staff is kind and the service is excellent.

Los recepcionistas algunos amables otros muy serios, el botones José Luis súper amable y gran trabajo el que hace, cómoda la cama, mini bar de cortesía eso me encanto y usamos s el hidromasahe súper bien

good air conditioning

The staff were super nice and welcoming. They even helped me contact the taxi service I took after I left my phone in the taxi car. The door man was able to help me and I am grateful for him. The place is conveniently located. Central location made it accessible to walk to the zocalo, Bella’s artes and other must see places. The food from the breakfast buffet was yummy and had a great variety of food.

Our phone was STOLEN during room service. rude staff. DONT STAY HERE, had to end up filing a police report.

Very nice hotel and staff was very nice, had a few issues with the wifi, wasn’t the best but overall I had a wonderful stay. I recommend.

Dos de los días no hubo agua caliente. Pedí una factura y no me la han dado después de 4 días. Pagué un desayuno que no me dieron, con el ajetreo del viaje y el tiempo desde que hice mi reserva no me lo recordaron y no los tomé. El clima es muy ruidoso y los de recepción no pudieron solucionar los detalles que tuve Calificación media, hay otros mejores que PUNTO MX
