素晴らしいホテル。内装、設備、朝食、いづれもかなり高いレベル。朝食はお決まりのメニューに加え、オーダー式のメニューも選べる。ソカロ地区が近く、テオティワカン遺跡に行くためのNord駅までは近くからメトロバスがあり、一本で行ける。国立人類学博物館へも、4と7のメトロバスで行けるので、接続が非常に良い。部屋の照明もふんだんにあり、出張できても十分に仕事が可能。周囲あまり賑やかでないのは、騒がしいのが嫌いな人にはむしろよい。治安が悪そうにはない。一点だけ注文があるとすると、冷蔵庫がないことには注意。AMEXは使えない模様。

建屋の構造上仕方ないとは思いましたが、ほぼ窓がない状況ですので閉塞感がありました。 しかし、清掃と受付スタッフの対応は問題なかったです。

I stayed a room with jacuzzi, it was confortable. The drinks of mini bar were free and we enjoyed very much!!

Very good location, wonderful staff & service. Only downside is the rooms aren’t sound proof, I could hear everything the room next door (TV, shower, phone calls) and the restaurant was a little disappointing - not much of an atmosphere and limited dining options. Good value for money!

This hotel are the more wonderfully for all amenities this hotel is near for all shopping stores and near for main historic sites and building for and culture

It’s a fine hotel with a decent price. The breakfast buffet isn’t worth it for the price. The location is good considering its proximity to historical sites like the Templor Mayor and metropolitan cathedral. The shower without the guard will not stop to annoy me as the water will just splash everywhere.

El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, dentro del primer cuadro de la ciudad, llegas muy facil al Zócalo. Hay varios lugares cerca donde desayunar o comer. La zona es tranquila y segura. La habitación y camas son cómodas. El personal siempre se muestra atento a tus necesidades.

Todo muy bien menos servicio de bara a cuarto me tardaro 40 min en subir mi orden y nunca llegó tuve que bajar por ellas y con mala actitud me las dieron

The staff was meh, they really went just straight to business and not happy or excited to have you. The room was very very small, but clean and I didn't need a ton of room since I was gone most of the day. But it felt like a coffin. The room service was next to my room and still couldn't get a cleaning till 4pm in the afternoon after I returned. Location isn't near anything really great, I asked for places to go and the staff had zero clue for bars or good eats. But if you need a room that is clean, new and in that area, its a good place to stay.

Hotel is located close to many sites. Very nice, clean and friendly staff. But they do need a better wifi connection took forever to open any website.

Excelente ubicación a pocas cuadras del zócalo a pie, calle muy segura y tranquila. Varios restaurantes y cafeterias al rededor. El hotel muy cómodo, todo funcionaba muy bien, limpio, comida del restaurante muy buena y todo el staff siempre muy amables y serviciales. me gusta el detalle que siempre tienen infusiones y fruta disponible en la recepción. Recomendado totalmente!

Céntrico, limpio y la atención del personal es excelente. El menú del restaurante no ofrece muchas opciones. Todo lo demás, excelente.

Overall not a bad hote. Great location. There was a weird smell, probably form the water in the bathrooms though. Also, if you like windows not all rooms have windows to the outside, so it can feel a bit enclosed. Most importantly though was the service we got from raul. Every morning he was extremely attentive. Anything we needed. Once he was there he gave us full support as on other occasions some of the other staff were horrible.
