１F角部屋近くだったが、庇が邪魔になり写真が撮れなかった

窓から見下ろせるコンチャ湾の眺めが最高でした。朝食もおいしかった。

売りは景色のみ。食べ物やアメニティなど準備していくべし。 まずアクセスについて。旧市街からホテルは途中まだバスがあるがバス停から歩く。急斜面の山道。次に設備について。アメニティは最低限。シャンプーボディソープ(兼用)、ボディクリーム、シャワーキャップしかない。サービスについて。ワインオープナーやティースプーンなどツールを借りることができない。部屋にコーヒーがあるのに…またカスタマーサービス、フロントなどへの電話も繋がりづらく地味にストレスでした。 バルコニー付きの海側の部屋であれば、景色はすごく美しいです。感動しました。 スタッフに対して、スペイン語に翻訳して伝えるとスムーズです。 値段に対しての価値を考えると、微妙です。

The English skills of the staff were quite low, it wasn't easy to communicate with them. My room didn't have any tissue. Some machines in the gym were left broken. All of the above is unacceptable for this class of hotel.

滞在しやすくて、眺めも最高 ただ、WiFiが弱くてネット接続が大変でした。。。

ホテルからの景色がとても素晴らしかったです。 室内用の履物（スリッパ）があればなお快適で良かったです。

山の上にありロケーションが最高です。市内には、タクシーで10〜15€前後。 施設内設備は素晴らしく機会があればまた、泊まりたいホテルです。

夜遅くなるとケーブルカーが動いていないので少し不便でした

Very good view from the top of Monte Igueldo, really nice breakfast, and comfortable room.

The hotel really made us feel unsafe. Around 7pm, we suddenly heard aggressive knocking on the door and someone tried to use the key card to enter our door for about 3-4 times. The person did not say a word while doing this. But the key card only works for the correct door so the person was unable to enter. We also had locked the door from inside. It was really scary at the moment. We went down to the front desk after but they said that the floors do not have cameras so they won’t be able to check who was knocking on our door non stop. We booked the room with the balcony but the hotel told us that all the rooms were booked so we didn’t end up getting the room that we booked so we left with the corner room with no balcony.

Les falta avisar q al llegar al hotel hay una pluma con una persona cobrando por la entrada en caso de no traer a la mano la reservacion.

Personeel van de bar speelde goed in op onze wensen. Prettige setting en prima eten. Kamers zijn prima, maar wel wat gehorig (dus oordoppen mee)

Nous avons vécu un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel! Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie est impeccable, le linge de lit de qualité... Et la vue depuis le balcon est exceptionnelle! Seul bémol, qui revient dans beaucoup de commentaires et que je confirme, c'est la vétusté de la salle de bain. Une baignoire très peu pratique, une barre de douche branleballante, peu digne du standing de l'hôtel.
