This beautiful and cozy guesthouse is the absolute right choice for your comfortable stay in the Lake District. You don’t need to look at other hotels! Located near Windermere train station and bus stops, very convenient to explore the region. Staff are very friendly and nice. Every morning, I enjoyed very good breakfast (so many options!) and greeting and chatting with them. It was a great start of a day. A piece homemade cake they provide every day was delicious and made me happy. The building itself is lovely and a view from my window was amazing. I would love to stay with them again.

ウィンダミアの駅にも近く、また車の駐車もしやすい。部屋も清潔で快適であった。オレストヘッドも朝食前に登りに行けるくらい近いです。

夕方までのティーサービスもとてもゆったりとできて良かったです。

朝食の内容がとても充実しています。ウインダミア駅から近く、とても便利な立地にあります。ﾒｿﾞﾈｯﾄﾀｲﾌﾟ、ﾊﾞｽﾀﾌﾞ付きの部屋は広く快適でした。

快適な滞在でした。また、行きたいと考えています。

Lovely hotel with beautiful interior and the hospitality was warm. I’m glad I selected it. It would be nice if there were bottled drinking water in the rooms. Also there was shampoo but no conditioner in the bathroom amenity. Breakfast was superb.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to town, close to Orrest head walk with stunning views and only 30min walk to the lake which saved us parking charges. Plenty of parking at the property, Room was very clean. The breakfast was 10/10. Overall excellent value for money.

Everything about the stay was wonderful

What a lovely place to stay. The staff were very friendly and on hand to offer ideas. The breakfast was great, fresh, well prepared and served by either a smile. The room was clean, quiet and came with fresh milk. The accommodation was a little out of the main area but only a few minutes walk. Easy parking. My partner and I will definitely return.

The Hideaway is a family run hotel with fantastic facilities, great meals to select from at breakfast and the personal touch you get from the staff members are second to none. Safe and quiet environment close to the heart of Windermere with free parking, and just a walking distance to the Lake and all the restaurants around. Very happy people, thank you for taking care of us.

Breakfast is delicious & a great choice, staff so kind & cant do enough, ample parking we left our car all weekend & walked everywhere x

Excellent hotel in a good location with parking. Superb breakfast and staff very efficient. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was excellent the best mushrooms I have ever eaten. Room was very clean. I was slightly disappointed with the mattress as it was not the most comfortable mattress I've slept on. The home made cake was beautiful. I would stay again but not in the same bed.
