バスタブに血液？のような汚れがありました。シャワーで流したらすぐ取れたので、お掃除行き届いてないのかなぁと言う感じでした。２階の人の足音がすごく響いて不快でしたが、疲れていたので眠れました。部屋はとても可愛く娘は喜んでいました。コーヒーや紅茶、それにクッキーも美味しくいただきました。暖房が見当たらず、朝晩少し寒かったです。

無料のクッキー良かったです。古い建物ですが、それなりに快適に過ごせました。立地がいいので、食事や観光に便利です。

Dear Manager, We arrived in Crandall Mountain Lodge on June 16 just after 10pm, the office was closed. We found a key and a piece of paper showing unit #18, but the #18 door was not openable with that key. We called without answering and were left on the street for hours until we found that unit #2 was not locked, and the key we got also opened unit #2! We decided to stay in #2 as it was 2am in the morning already. To make our experience worse, we found people’s hair and yellow stains on the bedsheets, so we had to sleep that night with clothes on. because of the uncomfortable sleepiness night, we also had to cancel a nonrefundable tour the next day. We talked to the front dest in the morning, they agreed to refund us 25% of the hotel expenses but told us we have to ask Hotel.com or Expedia to call the hotel in order to get the refund. Given all the suffering, we would not accept 25%, but request to get the first night cost refunded. Cozy as in photos, clean, & tea & cookies nice, but our room had dark curtains that barely fit the windows facing a sidewalk & street. They had to be closed for privacy but then the room was too dark to see w/o lights. Bathroom had one switch for light (6 LED bright lights) & super-loud fan. Over-bed ceiling fan/light didn’t work so large, loud portable fan was running but also heat was on.

Great location. Sadly the room floors were not clean. Spoke to front desk but still didn't see any changes.

Exceptionally clean. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Perfect location.

Enjoyed our stay, definitely needs some upkeep on the outside. The interior was updated and clean. Sean at the front desk was very helpful.

Too Louisy on the first floor

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The room door would not lock and we had to stay in the room the whole time, we paid nearly $400 and we couldn't relax and enjoy ourselves, unfortunately the hotel management and reception were also unresponsive and didn't care about our problem. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible

Good location and very clean

Very quiet. A low key place in town which we enjoyed. Our room didn’t have a TV but we didn’t need one. Kayak rental place was right around the corner. We would stay here again.

We booked Crandell for our recent vacation to Waterton. The pictures seen in the Expedia app of the room were different from the actual room. When we arrived we checked in on the opposite side at the front desk of a different property as per the instructions. That property looked very clean and tidy. When we entered Crandell we were a bit lost, the carpet in the staircase was very dirty which was a major turn off for us. The stair lobby was smelling of the food cooked in the lower room. Me and my husband ran to open the windows of the staircase. Upon entry the room was very small. I also struggled to cook as finding an electric socket to plug in my electric stove was very difficult. They do provide BBQ and outside seating but the seats were dirty too. Washroom and bed was clean. Basic supplies such as tea bags, coffee machine, creamer, bathroom supplies were made available in abundance. The location and parking convince is the USP of the property. I wish they provide a much cleaner experience to guests specially the carpet, room floor and entry doors.

Don’t let the outside fool you! The rooms are beautiful. There was even a china tea set placed at the foot of the bed! Beautiful and comfortable and very clean with all the extras at a reasonable price.

outside area needs a lot of work to improve appearance- room was very small for 2 people- parking where you have to back out onto busy street is not good. staff at hotel across street connected to Crandall were helpful

This property has seen better days... like 1960. It was clean and I appreciate that. But it is tired. Very tired. The staff was friendly but not super competent. There was a back up at 4 PM for check-in for some reason. I'd never seen this before anywhere. I'd gladly return to Waterton Park, but next time I'll dig deeper in my pocket and spend twice as much for a firm mattress more updated place.

From the outside, myself and 2 companions, thought whoops, we made a mistake. Then the dirty, older carpet in the entrance to the hotel & up the stairs, enhanced that feeling. But once we climbed the stairs to our room and opened the door we were pleasantly surprised with the room. We requested the multi bed unit, which had a queen bed in it and the other room 2 small twin beds. The bed closest to the window was okay, the other bed was not the best, soft mattress and bed frame not great. But we made it work. Once looking at the apartment, we go hey, where is the bathroom? We seen a door in the main bedroom and opened it to find the bathroom cute and cozy, but strange that we have to go through the main bedroom to get to the tiny bathroom. The homemade cookies and tea bags left on the table were very nice touch. The floor felt dirty, and our friend in the main bedroom noticed the dirt under the table beside the bed. Birds in the tree were noisy in the early morning like 5:00 am, and cars get pooped on lots.
