バスタブに血液？のような汚れがありました。シャワーで流したらすぐ取れたので、お掃除行き届いてないのかなぁと言う感じでした。２階の人の足音がすごく響いて不快でしたが、疲れていたので眠れました。部屋はとても可愛く娘は喜んでいました。コーヒーや紅茶、それにクッキーも美味しくいただきました。暖房が見当たらず、朝晩少し寒かったです。

無料のクッキー良かったです。古い建物ですが、それなりに快適に過ごせました。立地がいいので、食事や観光に便利です。

Ça ressemble à une maison en pain d'épices, mais c'est propre et bien équipé, à voir le prix dans ce village très touristique. Un souci quand même, si il faut chaud ou très froid l'isolation semble ancienne. Le Check in et out ce fait dans l'hôtel en face. Il y a bien un wifi gratuit disponible, pas de télévision mais sauf en cas de mauvais temps ce n'est pas grave. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Great place to stay while visiting a spectacular National Park. Reasonable prices and clean, comfortable accommodations.

The Crandell Mountain Lodge is a great place to stay but not the room we were in. I paid extra for a Queen suite but the room was nothing like the photo or description. It was beyond cramped and tiny with little room to put anything. The sink was mostly plugged and the toilet seat loose. Fortunately we were able to fix both issues but maintenance could do a better job. Stay here but not in this room.

It is an older facility, so has some of the unique and quirky things - but still an acceptable place to stay.

We loved being back in Waterton for our 60 th wedding anniversary. We honeymooned there 60 years ago. Thanks for an enjoyable stay

They had great cookies in the rooms . Rooms were small but cozy and clean. No tv in rooms .

Though the property is dated but quite charming exterior, the interior is warmly arranged and clean esp the bathroom. The little nook with microwave is very appreciated coupled with a small fold down table top with 2 chairs makes good space for quick breakfast. The welcome cookies is a nice added touch. The staff over at the kilneroy across the street is very helpful. Though an early check would hv been appreciated consider the Crandell has ample vacancies during our stay in low season mid April. I Informed the staff at checkout that the washroom door does not stay close; as we were leaving the car park, I see they immediately were there to check it out. Very responsive!

Floors and building are dated, but hard to beat the price in the shoulder season.

Great atmosphere

Had a really good stay at the Crandell Mountain Lodge. The room was clean and ample for space and it was great to have a small kitchenette available for breakfast. Location was fantastic as it was quick and easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Check-in and check out was smooth and the staff was friendly.

The room was cosy and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing.

Unfortunately we had mice

The room was clean and comfortable. The directions to pick up the key ( as I arrived very late night) was clear and no issues in finding it. I liked the restaurant as well, its ambience and quality.
