Great location. Walking distance from the Lake and shops.

バスタブに血液？のような汚れがありました。シャワーで流したらすぐ取れたので、お掃除行き届いてないのかなぁと言う感じでした。２階の人の足音がすごく響いて不快でしたが、疲れていたので眠れました。部屋はとても可愛く娘は喜んでいました。コーヒーや紅茶、それにクッキーも美味しくいただきました。暖房が見当たらず、朝晩少し寒かったです。

無料のクッキー良かったです。古い建物ですが、それなりに快適に過ごせました。立地がいいので、食事や観光に便利です。

Floor was not cleaned, portable heater was broken. Also they gave us wrong number as it turned out. And after that another family tried to check in into ours…. There’s no tv, and it’s pretty chilly in the room.

We stayed for two nights at the Crandell Mountain Lodge which is the poor relative of the much nicer hotel across the street. The room was perfectly adequate with comfortable beds and lots of fans. A box fan at the open window brought in fresh cool air from outside. The carpet was old and grey so cleanliness was difficult to ascertain. It was probably pretty clean. The absolute best thing about this place was the really good restaurant in the sister hotel across the street. Great food and our all time favorite server, Emily. Worth eating at any time but Emily was helpful, friendly and charming. Thanks!

I stay 2 nights. I don't expect no clean up my room on the 2nd day. I have to request at front desk then there's someone come. When I mentioned garbage bin need to clean up, she gave me a new plastic bag and I need to replace it by myself. The amenities not been refill until I told her. So never think about she will make your bed or clean anything else. I can't believe this is 3 ⭐ Lodge inside National Park. I don't suggest anyone to stay Crandell Mountain Lodge.

This property is very old and rundown and in need of a lot of repair and upgrades. The deck is rotten and nails are protruding. The room #12 was very disappointing as I booked a suite, and what I got was barely a room. Tiny, no room to move, table and chairs falling apart, 1 of 2 windows did not open so no ventilation. Very stuffy with no desire to stay in the room. The carpet is very old and worn. No ice bucket. No staff or services. Everything required a trip across the street, check in/out, etc. as there is no staff at the Crandell. The price for the room was twice what it was worth. The parking is also poor as it is too close to the sidewalk. I would not recommend this property. It is a great location as you can walk to the village sites and businesses. Waterton National Park is a beautiful peaceful place with very friendly people and much to see and do. Prices are quite high for most everything.

The room was small and it was difficult to get into bed because it was a king size bed with no room around the side of the bed. It was nicely decorated. There was no recycling bin. The shower was hot. Unfortunately the outside was in need of paint and repairs. It was near the lake so fairly quiet. It was quite expensive for what we got in the room.

Wonderful stay for 3 nights at Crandall Lodge. Room was nicer than the photos lead you to believe. Modern kitchenette stocked with coffee/sugar/creamer. Full fridge oven microwave. Wine glasses cups cutlery well stocked. Little tea pot and some shortbread cookies on arrival. Great location for exploring the small town of Waterton. Across the street is the sister hotel with full dining room and a laid back pub. We had a ground floor room (mobility issues) but there is a second floor and if you’re a light sleeper choose that or use ear plugs. We could hear the occupants above us moving what seemed to be a herd of bisons through their room. It was quiet at night but they were early risers and so were we for the two days they were above us. Other than that (not the hotels fault) I would give the hotel a 10/10. Thanks for a great stay.

The staff are excellent and accommodated an early check-in for us. Room was clean and the King size bed was comfortable.. The room was small and I don’t think I would want to stay more than a couple of nights there but it had what we needed and was very close to town. Additionally, there are a lot of friendly deer in the neighborhood which made it very entertaining at times. Parking was also easy and plentiful, at least when we were there. It was also a very short drive to most of the hiking trails that we wanted to get to. I would recommend this hotel to others with similar interests.

the location is good

Our Lodge was clean but dated. The sister hotel, Kilmorey, was across the street and much more modern. Upon accessing our room we enjoyed delicious, made at hotel lemon shortbread cookies. The front desk staff we dealt with (Caroline, Karli and Tonja were awesome and very welcoming. We had Uga in the dining room who also made our dining experience wonderful.

This place needs investment for upkeep the staff was good but the hotel is run down

Very clean and accommodating room after a rainy and cold few nights camping prior! The complementary tea and coffee was very nice as well. Not a fancy place but a cozy one!

Great location and plenty of parking. Hiking trailheads within walking distance. Pubs and restaurants nearby.

This is one of several properties owned by a company. The room was fairly decent, comfy bed, gas fireplace, kitchenette. I slept well. But the room was tight with a wobbly little table and uncomfortable metal chairs for dining. Not much space for luggage around the fireplace. The door was old and only the doorknob locked when out of the room, not the deadbolt. The deck should be torn off and replaced. The hallway carpet was disgustingly old and stained. The first of two nights the place was full and the walls and ceiling are thin so we could hear walking, talking, flushing, etc. Second night was quiet as most people had left. Check in was at the hotel across the street. Check out too, and the restaurant there gave us 10 percent off the breakfast. Good food, but a lot and I couldn’t finish. Crandell is a tired building in need of some care. For a couple nights it was a good base to explore Waterton Townsite. But next time I will explore other options.

The room itself was clean but very cramped. There was no place to put luggage etc. There was no smoke detector in the room and the walls are paper thin. The building is old, fine we expected that and even looked forward to it, but it was absolutely rundown. The entrance was filthy and the screen on the outside door was hanging off. The shower rail fell down and the gas fireplace was turned off. We were kept waiting for check-in and even then we did not have towels. I had to go back to reception to get bath towels later.

Tonja at front desk was awesome to myself and sister. Changing rooms for us as we wanted a floor room.

We had a great room with a comfortable bed and well resourced with good toiletries and extras like cookies and mint tea. The front porch is pretty worn and the outside could do with a tidy up but we were very happy with the condition of our room. Check in was over the road at another hotel but that was easy. I recommend this place and the price was good.
