Being there few times, too expensive in season, off season reasonable, yes it's old but comfortable and nice bar across the street, Waterton as usual being Winderton but love this park...

Room was not spotless Staff was good had to deal with sister property. Had a wood fireplace that we couldn't use.

I don't think there waa any source of heat in rhe room. The fireplace wouldn't light. But we didnt need it anyways. Despite it being cold (snowed) overnight, the insulation must be good. Cute, old room, very clean and tidy. The pun across the street was excellent as well. I will be returning for sure.

Everything was good except coffee pot in the room did not work.

Great location and prompt room service when requested. But property is very old. Bathroom door does not have a lock. Bathroom does not have an exhaust.

Worst experience we had in any accommodation in all my life. The facility is old I understand, but no one would ever like to have checked in a hotel/accommodation with toilet plugged and full of crap in there. I reported it immediately to the front desk but suggested if there is a plunger in there, i should try to unclog it (that is full of poop!). Total crap! We were offered different room (for 2) and we are family of four.

Lock to unit was poor operation , no tv , very small space Off season no choice for shopping or food Everything closed down , should have done more research

The place is a little bit old. The room there's a used tissue in the floor, the sheets are not laundry. And there's a old smell when you enter the inn and inside the room. But the washroom is clean.

Nice bedroom with a Jacuzzi. The place is peaceful and well situated.

Clean, cozy and charming lodge with everything you need (small fridge, microwave oven) for your stay! Located in the village, near restaurants/pubs and beautiful lake! Amazing safe & beautiful area where you can see many sheeps and deer! I strongly recommand this place!

The communication with staff felt unclear, with limited guidance about the facilities or directions to the room. The prepaid booking was not immediately recognized, and a credit card was requested before the situation was clarified. I also called the front desk to ask about the heating, and maintenance came in afterward, which made the communication feel somewhat disjointed. Overall, the interaction gave the impression that welcoming and attentiveness were somewhat lacking, leaving guests to navigate certain details on their own.

Clean room. Only a small heater in the bathroom. Room is virtually no heat in a subzero temperatures outside!

Nice accommodations that could use some updating.

Definitely run down without care of improvement. Not worth the cost.
