お部屋が写真よりも素敵で、家具や装飾も全て素敵でした。開放感あるバスルームや、お部屋の高い天井が日常を忘れさせてくれてとてもリラックスできました。 いちばん賑やかな場所に位置しているので、周りにレストランがたくさんあって便利だけど、夜はビーチの方から音楽が聞こえてきたり、騒音が気になる人には少し不向きかも？

Love this place!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, beautifully , and very comfortable. The location was ideal close to everything.We had lunch by the beach everyday, It was delicious with plenty of options. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality . Highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back!

We visited recently for 6 times in Tulum . This is our destination every year for anniversary and birthday celebrations. We loved everything, staff is great , Camila at the host desk is absolutely sweetheart. Food is always delicious and drinks on top . They made sure that anniversary and husband birthday was acknowledged.The experience is always amazing . Thank you Delek ♥️

Best hotel with great staff and great rooms

Had an amazing week at Delek, the hotel, staff and overall experience was just what we needed. Right on the beach with a much needed pool to lounge in when the sun got too much. Beach front hotels in Tulum are not cheap and Delek is no exception but you get what you pay for. 5 star location and service. Rooms are tastefully designed and serviced an maintained to a great standard. Great beds and linens. Rooms to the rear suffer from street noise from the surrounding clubs (which they warn you about) but those beach facing ones have no such issues. Many of the other hotels have beachclubs aimed at the party all day crowd whereas Delek is more chilled Ibiza vibe. Usually some entertainment in the late afternoon; live music sets; or a dj; but again all geared to keep the vibe relaxed. Restaurant providing high end takes on Mexican classics; seafood, tacos, cerviches, and more mainstream standards. Good cocktails and chilled beers... they also take their eco responsibilities seriously unlike others who seem to pay lip service to them. While we were there we wandered into one of two other similar hotels for breakfast; drinks etc for a nosey; but left convinced that Delek overall provided the best balance of style, comfort, service and relaxation that we wanted.

We enjoyed the beautiful rooms and location of Delek. It's at the center of everything and close to the buzzworthy restaurants. It is loud at night because of this, but it didn't bother us. The beachfront is a dream.

Overall good but little bit expensive. They charged extra costs at the welcome desk. Rooms and meals are good quality.Nice beach area.

El area es muy coveniente para llegar a cualquier de los lugares del centro , lo unico es que como esta en el mismo centro si hay un poco de buya en la noche pero ya a la 1 se termina y el hotel te ofrece tapones para los oidos , lo bueno es que el hotel te informa a acerca de eso antes y te ofrecen cancelar si no te gusta este tipo de Ambiente , nosotros la pasamos genial , mi habitacion estuvo super chevere y muy limpia , y las antenciones del personal excelente , y bien atento ellos todos , gracias chicos

Center of everything

Rooms are very nice, however the service is awful. Paid $900/night during peak holiday season and it took over 40min to get a sparkling water from the beach club. They prioritize the patrons off the beach over the guests of the hotel. Hotel is in a great location close to everything. Hotel is extremely over priced for what it offers. Out of all the hotels I have stayed at during my 2 week trip in Tulum, I would not recommend this one unless you are here just for the location.

The ocean view master suite was amazing. Could walk 20 ft to the beach and fall asleep to the sound of waves every night. Staff was very attentive, responded to WhatsApp messages immediately and took care of everything we needed, including atv rental.

The service was awesome, everything was clean and well maintained. I have stayed in multiple places in the hotel zone and this is my favorite of them all. My husband and I didn’t hear any noise which was one of the biggest concern from other reviews. We stayed in room 1 and it was absolutely perfect! Highly recommended. We will definitely be back!

Me encantó el hotel, las habitaciones son únicas, el acceso a ellas es muy diferente a hoteles convencionales, es una propia entrada para cada habitación, tiene su propia terraza y cada mañana te llevan café y pan, las habitaciones son realmente cómodas, conservan ese aspecto rústico pero sin dejar de ser moderno, tiene aire acondicionado y si no quieres el aire tiene un ventilador arriba de la cama, el baño es muy bonito también, sale agua caliente, tiene muchas luces, siempre te dejan garrafón con agua y un termo para que lo uses mientras te encuentras ahí, te dejan una bolsa de playa, realmente tiene muchos detalles que nunca había visto en algún otro hotel. Te respetan mucho como huésped, porque a pesar de haber Beach club, en el momento que tú llegas tienen varias camas reservadas en la playa para los huéspedes. Todo me encantó pero le doy 4 estrellas ya que a pesar de que el servicio es bueno, los costos del restaurante la verdad es que si son muy elevados, y si sentí una ligera diferencia entre el trato a los extranjeros y a los huéspedes mexicanos. De ahí en fuera, todo me encantó; la ubicación, la vista, la playa, el personal, las habitaciones.
