お部屋が写真よりも素敵で、家具や装飾も全て素敵でした。開放感あるバスルームや、お部屋の高い天井が日常を忘れさせてくれてとてもリラックスできました。 いちばん賑やかな場所に位置しているので、周りにレストランがたくさんあって便利だけど、夜はビーチの方から音楽が聞こえてきたり、騒音が気になる人には少し不向きかも？

We loved our stay since the moment we arrived, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and such a great design. The staff, especially Kat and Steph were amazing and welcoming us like old friends. Cleaning crew put cute birthday decorations as a surprise. The beach club staff super quick and friendly. Great location with the walks to each of the opposite sides of the beach. We had all the places accessible to us by walking on the beach. Had a great time celebrating Delek’s Bday weekend with sick music and great people which was one of the highlights of our stay. I do have to say, they send out a note that it’s a loud location and there will be noise. Unfortunately, I underestimated it because the noise from all of the restaurants, hotels around was insane. Till 2am we had a sound party in our room every night. But we still had such a good time, even the noise didn’t ruin our stay, we just stayed up longer and slept in the morning. Note to the staff, please fix a hole in the roof as it was dripping when it rained and got onto our clothes and suitcase. Thanks for having us and we will definitely be back hopefully sooner than later.

The staff was amazing.

Loved the hotel and our room design and view, beautiful beach with white sand. No seaweed excellent service, food and drink quality. Friendly and super nice staff. Was our first time in Tulum and had the most wonderful experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was absolute paradise. This was the first vacation stay that I wasn't ready to come home from. Will 100% recommend.

Upon arrival, the service was incredibly friendly from the start. They even dressed room to celebrate my birthday The staff are extremely accommodating. The location is situated near clubs and restaurants. Partial ocean view room was lovely, the daily coffee/tea they bring to your room in the morning is such a nice touch! Breakfast on the beach was amazing. I'd go back again when visiting Tulum

Our stay at Delek was perfect from start to finish. The hotel knew straight away we were in Tulum to celebrate my birthday and went above and beyond to accommodate and celebrate us. We were offered a free room upgrade which was so fabulous however both rooms were equally beautiful and spotless and had the true Tulum feel. The restaurant/beach staff couldn’t have been nicer. The food and drinks were excellent and access to all big clubs/restaurants was so easy, it really is the perfect location. We can’t wait to come back

I did hours of research wanting something chill, safe, beachfront, and actually giving jungle vibes. Delek nailed it. A few days before our trip they emailed saying the pool would be closed, so yes, I pulled a small Karen and asked for a discount. They offered breakfast and restaurant credit which we took! When we arrived, we instantly forgot about the pool. The staff is unbelievably kind.. welcome drinks, a full tour, and the whole property is gorgeous. It’s right in the hotel zone but surprisingly quiet. People in other reviews acting like the beach club bass kept them up must have superhuman hearing, because we slept like babies. Our room was spotless, cozy, and had a partial ocean view. Beach club seating is guaranteed for guests (huge win). The pool actually reopened halfway through our stay, but honestly we barely used it because the ocean was warm, clear, and perfect. The restaurant food.. incredible! Easily the best we had in the area. And the free breakfast? FULL meals. Chilaquiles, pancakes, chicken sandwiches, green juice… American hotel breakfast could never. Service is next-level. They give you a WhatsApp number and whatever you need shows up in two minutes. Ice, towels, scooters.. anything. Every single staff member was amazing. Special shoutout to Steph, who clearly keeps the place running with good energy. We stayed Monday–Friday and were genuinely sad to leave. Zero complaints, all compliments. WILL be back soon!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, beautifully , and very comfortable. The location was ideal close to everything.We had lunch by the beach everyday, It was delicious with plenty of options. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality . Highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back!

We visited recently for 6 times in Tulum . This is our destination every year for anniversary and birthday celebrations. We loved everything, staff is great , Camila at the host desk is absolutely sweetheart. Food is always delicious and drinks on top . They made sure that anniversary and husband birthday was acknowledged.The experience is always amazing . Thank you Delek ♥️

Best hotel with great staff and great rooms

Had an amazing week at Delek, the hotel, staff and overall experience was just what we needed. Right on the beach with a much needed pool to lounge in when the sun got too much. Beach front hotels in Tulum are not cheap and Delek is no exception but you get what you pay for. 5 star location and service. Rooms are tastefully designed and serviced an maintained to a great standard. Great beds and linens. Rooms to the rear suffer from street noise from the surrounding clubs (which they warn you about) but those beach facing ones have no such issues. Many of the other hotels have beachclubs aimed at the party all day crowd whereas Delek is more chilled Ibiza vibe. Usually some entertainment in the late afternoon; live music sets; or a dj; but again all geared to keep the vibe relaxed. Restaurant providing high end takes on Mexican classics; seafood, tacos, cerviches, and more mainstream standards. Good cocktails and chilled beers... they also take their eco responsibilities seriously unlike others who seem to pay lip service to them. While we were there we wandered into one of two other similar hotels for breakfast; drinks etc for a nosey; but left convinced that Delek overall provided the best balance of style, comfort, service and relaxation that we wanted.
