バルコニーに死んだゴキブリ🪳がいて不快な思いをしました。翌日まで文句を言わないようにしていましたが、セーフティボックスは使えず、20分も無駄にしました。マネージャーが部屋をアップグレードしてくれたにもかかわらず、5つ星ホテルとしては不快な経験でした。

素晴らしい景色。街から少し離れていますが、良かったです。

It was an awesome stay. From check in to room service to facilities, everything was great.

The environment was so nice and comfort 🥰 all the staff is so friendly. Perfect getaway for honeymoon or anniversary. They don't deserved to get 5 star, but more than 5 star !🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟❤️ Will come again ! Thank you Shangrila !

Everything was so special. I love the food, the service, the room, toiletries etc etc. I had a great fun during the bird watching activity. Sabinus was a good conversationalist. Even Lance (hope I got it right) the guy assisting guests at discovery center was so friendly. Salina also and Kelly are great hotel staff. I will go back with my sister next year.
