チェックインは他のホテルと比べて遅いです。20分以上待たされたので、我慢するしかありません。部屋は広いですが、防音対策が弱く、隣の部屋のいびきが聞こえます。

すべてが素晴らしかったです。おすすめです。家族とまた泊まりたいです。唯一の問題は、サバ州で断水が発生しており、ホテルでも同じ状況になっていることです。このような問題が発生した場合に備えて、緊急時対応策を用意しておく必要があります。

広々としたお部屋で、部屋からの眺めも素晴らしかったです。専用のバスタブも付いていて、素敵なベッドルームでした。ルームサービスも良かったです。

別の部屋を予約しましたが、チェックインして部屋を見ると、部屋が違っていました。カウンターのスタッフは何も言わず、チェックイン中は黙っていました。私が尋ねたところ、部屋をスイートにアップグレードする必要があると言われました。しかし、スイートはかなり時代遅れで、古いムスクの匂いがしました。テレビと家具は非常に古く、スイートが古いスイートであることがすぐにわかりました。それ以外は部屋は清潔でした。 以前同じタイプの部屋に泊まったことがあるので、デラックス シー キング ビュー ルームを予約しました。その部屋は真新しくてモダンだったので気に入りました。確かにアップグレードは大きかったのですが、スイートは古かったです。

スタッフはとても親切でした。彼女はすべての問題を解決してくれました。とても良い場所で、景色も良かったです。

空港から車で約 10 分と非常に近いです。大きな敷地があり、姉妹ホテルのマゼランと共有しています。ここでは、スイミング、ジム、レストラン、テニスコート、ボーリング場、プール/スヌーカー、小さなビーチエリアなど、あらゆるアクティビティを楽しめます。お子様連れのご家族におすすめです。

Check in after the normal check in time room was not ready and all sort of nonsences reasons given on not available to provide a room immediately the hotel don't respect time and the guests and front desk staffs is just useless and retarded, will never stay at this resort in future.

Overall the experience and the hotel is very nice and comfortable, however unfortunately our order was mislooked by the hotel staff. Our room that we've booked was supposed to be Deluxe King Room, but we got Twin Bed Room instead. The receiption had promised us to adjust and combine the beds as an apology for the full booked beds even though we had checked in at 3pm sharp! This is so dissapointing as we had waited for the adjustment until night time and there was no avail.

Had a very pleasant stay here. Private beach got crystal clear water, you can see the coral and fishes near the jetty. Would come back here again.

1. To improve on SAHUR arrangement, at least similar breakfast menu. 2. To improve lighting at front desk/lobby during SAHUR time 3-5 am.

We all had fun, pleasant stay and the room is spacious. Our kids love it. Surely will come again. Highly recommended!
