You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card or cash to cover deposits and incidentals. Special request may depend on hotel's availability at check-in and may cost extra fee. Special request availability is not guaranteed. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserved room's maximum capacity.
MySejahtera check-ins are no longer required for entering premises and public areas except for those who are positive and have ‘High Risk’ status.

Sutera Harbour Resort still remains with our commitment to keeping you safe while you are with us and at the same time promises to provide the superlative service that you deserve. · All travellers are allowed to enter Malaysia regardless of their COVID-19 vaccination status and do not require a pre-departure or on-arrival COVID19 test. There are no quarantine orders related to COVID-19 enforced by the Malaysian Government upon arrival. · Travellers can download and activate the MySejahtera application before or upon arrival in Malaysia to indicate their COVID-19 risk status while staying in Malaysia. The COVID-19 risk status in MySejahtera may be checked upon entering the premises. · Travellers who test positive for COVID-19 must undergo isolation through a Surveillance and Observation Order (HSO) for seven (7) days. Individuals can be released from isolation at the 4th, 5th or 6th day when they are asymptomatic and the result of an RTK Ag test supervised by a registered medical practitioner is negative. Discharge on the 7th day does not require any COVID-19 detection test. · Wearing face mask is required for indoor setting such as shopping mall and public transport including e-hailing. Wearing face mask outdoor (outside of building and in an open area) is optional but encouraged especially at crowded places. The Guest including Minors (below 18 years of age) agrees to assume all risks associated with the boat travel to and from the Resort, and/or for participating in the activities at the Resort and/or patronizing the Resort, and shall release the Resort and/or its Company including its officers and/or employees from all and any loss, damages, liability, claims, demands, costs, expenses, personal injury or death, howsoever caused. The above terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. In making this booking, the guest agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.
