部屋は十分に清潔でした。安心して泊まれました。 たまたま4階のプエルタ・デル・ソル広場に面した部屋に案内されましたが、眺めが圧巻でした！広場の大きなクリスマスツリーも、プロジェクションマッピングも目の前で、日中の眺めも夜の眺めも素晴らしいものでした。

３泊しました立地が良く便利レセプションスタッフは親切で感じが良いホテルルームの部屋のお掃除がバスタブ掃除してなくて不愉快でした

Taxを頼んでだら　駐車場までの坂道をスタッフが荷物を運んでくれて助かった

ホテルはとても良かったのですが、夜中に他の部屋を激しくノックする音が聞こえて、こちらにもこないかと不安になりました。素晴らしいロケーションだけに、誰でも入ってこれるのではないかという不安がありました。結果的には何もなく、満足でした。

Puerta del Solのすぐそばで、観光には最適の場所でした。

The shower was broken and no compensation was made so far. The staff at the front office tlime to refund but they haven’t so far!

There is no other hotel in Madrid quite like Hotel Europa- it offers the best location (right next to Puerta del Sol) and the best value for what you pay. This is the small hotel that has everything you need to make a visit to Madrid unforgettable! The staff go out of their way to accommodate your requests and the café gets you going throughout the day with good-quality food and beverages. Honestly, this is the place to stay!!

This is our second time staying at this hotel and was even better than before. Cleanliness all around, the staff is very friendly and the bar/restaurant is a life saver. The hotel is right at the center of Puerta del Sol and the view from the room was spectacular. Location is the best! 100% recommend.
