Untrained Front Desk Staff: During our check-in, the front desk staff wasted 15 minutes by insisting we use a credit card with a chip, which banks in our country don’t provide. I pointed out that her card machine could accept swipe functionality, but she told us to "find a solution" instead of trying to resolve the issue herself. After I requested she speak to her manager, she returned and finally admitted that the machine could also process swipes. I filed a complaint with the duty manager and hope they make improvements, but it was by far the worst check-in experience, especially for a property in such a great location.
