広告の写真は良くて新しいように見えたので、部屋がこんなに古いとは思いませんでした。エアコンは水漏れしていて、電源を切る必要があり、部屋はとても暑かったです。デポジットロッカーは機能していません。充電用コンセントさえありません。特にバスルームはトイレとの仕切りがないので、部屋に水があふれています。ドアの鍵も押すのがとても難しく、おそらく古いせいでしょう。

Unsanitized, smelly, dirty and with left used soaps. Highly not recommended.

I made a mistake in booking. Instead of room for two I accidentally book a room for 1 pax. Upon arrival at the hotel premises, I let them know my concern. My bargain was if they can convert my booking into a room for two at the price of hotel which is much cheaper at walk in. I know it was my mistake however I am still a customer. We arrived at 2pm at the hotel however they were able to process my request at around 4:30 in the afternoon. They want me to pay the amount of the room for two at the price of app to think that I was already at the hotel. Very inconsiderate policies.i was very frustrated with the long wait. Beware to those who are planning to book at this hotel. They are overpriced and take note the rate does not even include free breakfast.

Good location, small room but very modern. Food in cafe is expensive. Receptionist have no idea how to process online booked guest.

Super happy to stay here at hotel carmelita
