Food is great! But the room is not what we're expecting. The place is quite old and there are many things that need repairs. The shower is also weak and the Wi-Fi connection inside the room is bad. The lighting in the room is also not good, it's too dark. But the staff were nice!

The staffs are so accommodating especially the owner. Will definitely come back this September.

Excellent staff. The hotel is very beautiful with ancient historic buildings. The breakfast is very good.

Horrible horror! Waste of money! I want a refund for transfer to another hotel! Aircond is not properly working. No water to use, dirty bathroom! Even lights were so dark! Amenities are unable to use because it is very dirty! Disgusting!

It was good but it took time before we were checked in. The pool was not available for use. The breakfast was good.

The place is clean, comfy and homey. the food is superb but a bit pricey. we will definitely go back. thank you for making our trip a memorable one.

it was my forth time staying in palacio de laoag. it is my home away from home. people here are great they will accommodate you as family. the food is excellent (complimentary breakfast). they will accommodate you for early check in if the room is available. i miss the free shuttle service (terminal -hotel - terminal), hehehe..well let me say the room need some renovation. sad to see the place looks old and no maintenance but still comfy and value the money and I will highly recommend this place if you stay at the palacio de laoag.

It was a wonderful experience staying in Palacio de Laoag. Staffs are welcoming and respond fast to our request. The food served for free breakfast is also delicious. The room is same as advertised. I recommend this hotel to anyone going to Ilocos!
