I guess the pool and spa will be fun if we have chance to use it during our stay because we explore a lot than to stay. The staffs are friendly and very flexible to our sudden change specially transportation, we like the cold ac, warm shower, and good breakfast foods ilocano food there are great.

Staff are so friendly and accommodating they go out of their way to really make our stay very pleasant and memorable.

Hotel was good few continuous issues like WIFI , but overall it was a lot better than other places . The location is a little ways from the city but tricycle adopted.

The tv in unit 106 wasn't working, but it was okay. Great experience when we used their event area and had them catered. Enjoyed having breakfast in the courtyard area. This is the second time we've stayed and it was better than the last time. Hope see the staff at the palcio de laoag again next year.

The property serve an okay food. Breakfast supposedly starts at 6am but they were never on time during our 6day stay there.The property is not maintained, has stagnant water in some planters so definitely there were a lot of mosquitoes. We stayed in a so called “deluxe “ room but you’ll find roaches crawling at night. The room is dirty and bathroom smells sewer coming from the drainage. The room doesn’t have an intercom, so of course don’t expect a hair dryer or any extra amenities. When we came we had to ask them to reclean the bathroom and asked to refill the empty bottles of soap and shampoo. The hotel does laundry and we were told that it was 70php per kg., after they washed it, they told us it’s 100php per kg. They also don’t know how to segregate white from colored clothes, my white blouse turned light blueish color.It seems like some of the workers from the front desk don’t really know what they’re doing. The lady on day shift told us that she’ll provide as toilet paper, but never followed through. We had to go to the front desk and asked again. They don’t even know how to check whether their client had multiple reservations. They had to ask the hard copy I made, so they can make their own copy of my reservations.

had a hard time hailing tricy around the area at night but overall amazing experience and very impressive service staff are kind and nice amenities

Bed and Bedding,linen s,towels very worn out.No blankets.On and off electricity, long brown outs.Uncomfortable bed,too small rooms .Rm.103 and 104.No toiletries, just bidywash and shampoo..

They need to clean the pool and pay more attention to things like old non working tv staff sit around unaware of what’s really going on.

Stayed there 6 weeks from March thru April 2024. Awesome front desk Starr from Roxanne and her girls. Excellent service from Helen and her stall. Felt safe thanks to Errol from Security. Refreshing pool, reasonable rates and has a pool table., And especially tasty dishes from the kitchen. Will be back in November, 5 star service, accommodation, cleanliness, friendly staff. All around five star rating from Me,

I previously reserved a room for 3 but because another person wanted to join us- I reserved 1 more room. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a bigger room good for 4 on the first floor With a n additional fee lower than that of an extra room. Everyone was courteous and accommodating. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone.

The bathrooms have mold. The bedrooms smell. The entire hotel is not maintained. The staff are friendly though.

We spent 7 nights here - quite area and safe. Near hospital and easy to get around Laoag. The hotel needs small updates to make it a better place. Management need to change ways of working and encourage staff to engage with customers and make the most of opportunities to enhance the experience. Modest rooms. Basic but adequate menu. Breakfast is I’d say good. Pay attention to daily up keep of the swimming pool. Chemical/ cleaning So overall it’s safe value for money good parking. And very charming staff.
