２回目の利用です。 坂の途中にあるので上り下りは必要ですが、駅近で中心部へも直ぐです。建物は古く、電子キーみたいなものは無いけど、ちょうど他の部屋のリノベーションをやっていたり、しっかりと管理している印象です。バス・トイレは普通に清潔でした。 朝食はビュッフェ形式で、お腹いっぱい食べられます。総じてコスパの良いホテルと思います。

Nice and spacious room, comfy beds, very helpful staff. Just what we were looking for one night. Probably I will said a little improve on cleaning the doors and a few other areas but it doesn’t affect the good night sleep and relax.

We booked this out of necessity rather than choice. We knew it was going to be less than ideal, but my god I didn't expect to see discarded needles outside my window. This is not the cheapest place either! We booked a double but ended up with a small double bed which isn't great as we're not small people. We managed and the bed was surprisingly comfy, but I daren't lift the sheets as I didn't know what I'd find. There was already dog hair in the bathroom when we got there, the walls were marked, furniture worn and flooring scruffy. Probably one of the worst hotels I've been to.

The hotel was very close to the centre & to the station. Unfortunately the room was very hot. No air conditioning. Staff were very friendly. Never had breakfast as I had to leave early, although I could have helped myself as it was a continental breakfast but was not allowed to do this.

This is a lower cost hotel - would describe it as 'quirky' I arrived late and parking was full - think the hotel was unusually full The bedroom was OK - the bed a little hard, the light fitting by the bed a bit damaged, but the shower worked and the bedding was clean The breakfast area was a bit cramped with mis-matched chairs, mis-matched crockery, very 'do it yourself' with white sliced bread still in the bag by the toaster. cornflakes, coffee and orange juice - bacon rolls seems to be the preferred option for a regulars Seemed like with a bit of investment and imagination it could be a nice hotel

Suited our needs as a stop over after Wembley. Would book here again

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!. Parking available was ok, poorly maintained, hotel front door rotten, I had a deluxe room goodness knows what a standard room was like , the water ran out half way through having a shower. Noisy Water Booster pump running on and off throughout the night. Shouting and arguing from adjacent rooms. Went for the included breakfast, only to find if you wanted a tea you needed to boil a kettle, if there’s any water, coffee I had to wait for and find a clean cup, long life pastry in a bag, and the hot offering was sweaty bacon, that’s it just bacon ! , although there was 3 cereals in those dispensers , not sure were the milk was, possibly in the below counter fridge with someone’s Indian meal for 1 or a sandwich. Consider the above as nit picking if want, but in my room had a portable oil filled radiator, with a completely burnt out dangerous to life plug, with a portable appliance test label dated 2014, considering the recommended interval is 12-24 months. How on earth this hotel exists is beyond belief, there can’t be any repeat customers, especially when I booked my additional night in a very well known chain called Travelodge, you may of heard of them , was £18 a night cheaper!!

Clean room, bed and pillows were a bit lumpy and the blind did nothing to screen out the light from the street lighting

Room, bed and sheets lovely and clean but the bath taps did not work and all seemed very worn

It’s a shame must stay at this hotel lot of times the last day and the one before I have 1 million impressed and wouldn’t stay there again but I will say it is good for the money used to have a nice breakfast before the bacon rolls but again for the money it’s okay yeah I’ll tell needs a bit of work done on

Was ideal as an overnight stay after visiting the theatre. Room was comfy and clean but found it quite noisy through the night with heavy steps and talking. Easy parking and check in. Didn't stay for breakfast as had read previous reviews so went to nearby spoons instead. Would definitely stay again if the need arose.
