週末は近所のBarなどで開催されてるパーティーで割と賑やかなので、音がすると眠れないという人は注意！私は平気なタイプだったので、みんな元気だなーと思いながらすやすや眠れました（笑）スタッフの方がとてもご親切で、次回もまたここに泊まりたいです。

The hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly. I would definitely go back to this hotel. The distance to everything was central and you can walk everywhere from the hotel. Also there is a convenient parking right across the hotel. The bar was also very good. Drinks and appetizers were perfect!

Big tripple room with two bedrooms, and small kitchen, very clean and comfortable. It also has a private terrace at the back and a common exterior garden like a lobby. Location is perfect, at the other side of the street, the famous Hotel El Convento, 8 minutes walk of Castillo San Felipe del Morro, 5 minutes walk of cruise port and plenty of gastronomy all around. Staff very helpful. An old spanish military building well restored. 100% recommended. Thanks Expedia for a welcome bottle of wine!, it worth being a gold member!

Great location, kind and helpful staff. Beautiful room and patio

The hotel is well maintained and in a great central location. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The only minor problems were no hot water in the shower, and the balcony doors are thin so you get woken up by street noise. But the AC works great and we were very pleased. Would stay here again for a future visit.

This is a beautiful historic hotel right in the center of Old San Juan. Staff was very helpful with recommendations and the coffee station was a nice bonus. We had a balcony room and the city is lively and loud particularly on a Sat night. The rooftop bar is a great place for a drink and apps.

This hotel was central in Old San Juan. The room was gorgeous and spacious! The noise from the rooftop bar and street was extremely loud so sleeping was difficult! Overall a good experience!

The place is clean but coz it’s located in d city it’s surrounded by clubs n noise Staff is very nice n has excellent communication skills The only incidence was that there was water Interruption but it’s beyond their control coz of d pipe that burst in d whole town of San Juan but they managed to their care of the customer needs Otherwise our stay is very good n if I have to go BCK I would reserve on that hotel again

Staff was amazing. There was no water but they were on top of their game keeping us updated it was great stay!!! Totally going back

Clean room good for a weekend.

I only gave negative stars because of the noise… we were back to the room about 8pm every evening and could NOT rest because till around 11pm there was a loud music and noise from the upstairs bar. You hear everything.. Only when the bar closing down you can actually sleep at last… Also there were interesting windows in twins bed room - they are small and located weirdly above the head height…

The hotel was really charming and the staff was super helpful. The water was shut down in many parts of the island during our stay but the hotel has their own water system which was life saving.

Great small hotel. Our room was bigger than expected. Very clean. Front desk was always very helpful. Rooftop bar/restaurant was a welcome surprise.

Centrally located in old San Juan lots to walk to in minutes. Faced the inner courtyard so a little noise from rooftop and downstairs lounge was to be expected. Quiet hours 11pm-8am were always upheld though. Clean room and great staff made our stay enjoyable. Thanks to Pedro, Daniel and Josue!

We had a delightful stay. The location was excellent, and the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. They were genuinely nice people.
