This is a fantastic property in an idyllic location. The bay allowed for snorkeling right on site.

I love the Westin Cozumel. But. They did not have any hot water when I was there this time. Didn’t tell us about it at check in and never got fixed.

Alright place to stay overnight for next day flight. Upkeep and maintenance is lacking. Light over sink was out couldn’t see in shower or mirror. Overpriced for what you get $70 US for breakfast buffet that was meh. Hotel staff were great but front desk wasn't very accommodating. Main pool was really disgusting, not clean at all, sludge piled up in one corner. Bar service at pool extremely slow.

View was great

The staff are very unfriendly, the food is terrible, and they don’t accommodate Marriott Titanium members with all the benefits other Westin hotels provide.

Ocean view at sunset was wonderful.

Ocean was visible. I think for the money a balcony room is worth it.. great view.

Beautiful, ocean front views! The staff was friendly and accommodating! Rooms could use some updating, but were clean! Would go again!

The Westin Cozumel is a very lovely hotel that was clean, the layout easy to navigate and the staff efficient and very friendly. We loved the snorkeling right from the beach and saw some great sea life.

La habitacion, no habia agua caliente y el agua se salia denla regadera. El primer dia no me reemplazaron las tohallas mojadas por el regerobdw agua en el piso del baño.

Great location, great place to relax.

Everything was perfect from checking in to check out. The staff were spot on always there ready to help gracious polite. The view of the balcony to the ocean is like no other. We definitely will return.

El hotel tiene una playa privada muy tranquila. Cuentas con 2 albercas generales y una alberca en tu cabaña (solo habitación cabaña). Te brindan equipo para snorkel y kayak; los restaurantes están excelentes en su calidad de comida y atención
