Rommet var rent. Personalet er veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Frokosten er alltid bra. Litt lytt på rommene men alt i alt veldig bra!

There was fighting outside our room glass being smashes people shouting boiling was quite scared uncomfortable uncomfortably 3rd time here think it will be our last glad to be back in callio salvage albratross apartments were wee feel safe

Great experience from start to end. Reception, pool & restaurant were lovely. Room was a little tired but was huge and kept immaculately clean with all required utensils etc. Yes there is a hill but there is also free shuttle bus provided and cheap taxis if you really can't manage the climb. All in all I have rated this as excellent as for the price paid, you can't beat it.

Great hotel. Room was beautiful - v spacious, clean and extremely well equipped with large terrace. 3 pool options. Preferred the main pool as the poolside bar there is great with good options for lunch. Entertainment was regular and the staff worked hard on this! Not so keen on the 2pm foam party but that’s a personal preference! Supermarket on site is excellent, gym/fitness centre is huge and breakfast has a wide choice. A very well serviced hotel . Approx 15-20 mins walk downhill to the centre with bars/restaurants en route Overall an excellent stay and I think this hotel would suit families with older & you get kids as well as groups of friends.

Our 2 story duplex was really spacious for 4 of us . The living room is sectioned off slightly so great to use the sofa bed as another sleeping room . Had the breakfast one morning and choice and quality was good just a bit chaotic for us. Great pool area . You did need to go down fairly early to get sunbeds ( 9ish) . Everyone seemed to go down and reserve so we did too which I don’t normally like to do but if you can’t beat them join them! The resort is at the top of a steep hill but it’s an ok walk down to restaurants and bars etc and we used taxis back up . All in all a great stay . Our balcony was tiny though in comparison to the size of the apartment. Would not be able to sit 6 around a table and no sun loungers . Other terraces below us were huge

Very nice stay, the room we were happy with as had two bathrooms. Nice pool and childrens entertainment at the pool. Signage to room tiny bit unclear. Location is 7 mins walk to kids roof top playground which we liked. Then further 7 mins walk to beach. There is shuttle bus to beach also every hour at times in day.

Room was only cleaned every 3 days unlike other hotels and the breakfast although lots to choose from is generally not warm.

Über 1 Stunde Wartezeit auf einen Tisch beim Frühstück. Sofa und Wohnzimmertisch in einem schlechten Zustand. Personal freundlich.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location at the base of a mountain. Rooms were spotlessly clean, staff were helpful, breakfast superb. We did go during storm Therese so only used the heated pool for a few hours, but the other pools also looked great.

Staðsett talsvert uppí í hlíðum Los Cristianos en góð skutla gengur nokkrum sinnum á dag niður í bæ. Húsnæðið ekki alveg nýtt en allt hreint og vel sinnt. Góð þjónusta, frábær morgunmatur. Mæli með.
