The hotel room is spacious and clean, you can see it was just renovated. We have a nice sea view in the morning from the hotel room. The hotel is located in a good location. Value for money for the business trip in Penang, will come back again next time.

Sepertinya rating 8 di aplikasi mesti dikoreksi. Parah sekali ini mah. Karena kepepet sama low budget boleh ambil ini hotel, menangnya di lokasi aja dekat kemana-mana, selain itu rating pribadi cuma 4/10 aja. Pelayanan kurang dan wifi tidak bisa konek. Tidak ada cleaning service, sprei bantal kotor dan kasar seperti lama tidak diganti!

Hotel very good location near to prime area but don't stay at level 2 or 3 because at 1st floor have ktv unlesa you want free music. Try to get level 5

Such an irritating service they're running especially when I already paid using my credit card but they were still asking for pay again for the room I booked. Said that they're not received voucher because of their connection problem. And the staff at the reception was unrespectful to the customers.

the cheapest is value price, but inside the hotel you will find the bad service, not welcome, bad facilities, worst room. i find on the bed is dirty also the toilet still dirty. if you are backpacker and just one person stay in here maybe i will share the point value that you will get breakfast, near with supermarket, cheap price, and it's quiet huge room.

+ double bed can have 4 persons. - parking will be difficult if crowded. - furniture old and dirty. - toilet dirty. - no toiletries. never ever stay this hotel if you want to have comfortable hotel.

The room is wide and clean. But the wifi needs to improve more. Not stable and slow.

Noisy and aircond not cold even during midnight

Banyak gerai makan didekat hotel, tapi hotel sudah tua, shawer mandi sudah patah, sarapan kurang memadai.

1. very bad services and facilities 2. noisy. I can't sleep till 4 am since they were singing karaoke in the ground floor.

Overall ok except hair-dryer and no toiletries and breakfast provided as stated in deals.
