The hotel room is spacious and clean, you can see it was just renovated. We have a nice sea view in the morning from the hotel room. The hotel is located in a good location. Value for money for the business trip in Penang, will come back again next time.

Overall 5 stars for value. This is a very spartan hotel, but we felt safe staying here and for the price I can't complain. Air conditioning worked great. Two elevators worked great. They made up the room every day. There were no hand towels or wash cloths, only bath towels. There was no hand soap, only a dispenser of soap in the shower. The sink drain made a strange glugging noise. There was only one small ceiling light for the whole room. If a few more amenities were provided for the rooms, it could even be a 4 star hotel. We were definitely satisfied, and we sure enjoyed the views of the ocean and city!

Value for money, consider 3 star hotel for me... consider nice location for me too as I'm driving, but a bit hassle if walking to town center for local hawker food, nice sea view from hotel's room and you can see sunrise... delicious breakfast at hotel's cafe... air-cond is cold... definitely will visit again and highly recommended... hope this hotel will operate as far as possible to become one of the long-time historical hotel...

Sepertinya rating 8 di aplikasi mesti dikoreksi. Parah sekali ini mah. Karena kepepet sama low budget boleh ambil ini hotel, menangnya di lokasi aja dekat kemana-mana, selain itu rating pribadi cuma 4/10 aja. Pelayanan kurang dan wifi tidak bisa konek. Tidak ada cleaning service, sprei bantal kotor dan kasar seperti lama tidak diganti!

Such an irritating service they're running especially when I already paid using my credit card but they were still asking for pay again for the room I booked. Said that they're not received voucher because of their connection problem. And the staff at the reception was unrespectful to the customers.

the cheapest is value price, but inside the hotel you will find the bad service, not welcome, bad facilities, worst room. i find on the bed is dirty also the toilet still dirty. if you are backpacker and just one person stay in here maybe i will share the point value that you will get breakfast, near with supermarket, cheap price, and it's quiet huge room.
