Glass Museum - Another interesting and unique museum located in Penang. The Glass Museum first opened its door in 2011. Here, visitors may enjoy and admire the mesmerizing glass arts that are made with various techniques. There are glass ornamentations ranging from fused glass to stained glass and many more. There is also Malaysia’s longest glass artwork that is housed inside the Glass Museum. The artwork is 40 feet long, and 4.5 feet in height. It carries the 1Malaysia theme and this artwork is certified by the Malaysia Book of Records. There is also a retail store inside the Glass Museum where visitors can get their hands on the decorative souvenir made out of glass. The Glass Museum opens every day except on Sundays and public holidays. The entrance fee is RM 15 for adults and RM 7 for children and senior citizens.
