Absolutely beautiful felt like royalty

Beautiful property with very comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. The dinner menu didn’t meet our expectations, especially for the price, but overall it was an excellent stay and we’d highly recommend the property. We hope to return soon.

Le personnel, le service et la restauration étaient excellents. Il manquait des manettes de tv dans plusieurs chambres, l’époussettage laisse à désirer, il y a des traces de moisissures dans les douches. Un peu cher pour ce que cela représente Superbe bâtiment ancestral bien aménagé, belle piscine, spa et sauna. Endroit tranquille.

Great hotel. Beautiful surroundings! The thermal pool/sauna was great! Breakfast was ok. Room was very comfortable but lacked some minor amenities (place to store our clothes/suites) and no full body mirror.

Beautiful property, breathtaking location, excellent guest services. Breakfast, and dinner were Michelin star meals. First time for us to swim in not so perfect weather, sauna was aromatic we loved it.

Hot tub was not available 🙁 but Turkish steamroom was excellent!😊

Great! Clean, fancy, Relaxing

It was a perfect weekend getaway. Everything was perfect.

Our stay in the annexe was relaxing. The room was very spacious as well as the bathroom. There was a large balcony with chairs with a good view of the lake. The bed was comfortable The food in the restaurant was well prepared and delicious.

I loved the property and the staff.The dinner we had was super and the wait staff were extremely professional.Thought the work on the gazebo and some the grounds needed some work.

Très unique comme endroit. Tout est bien pensé au moindre petit detail. Expérience à refaire!

A quite relaxing place to stay, specifically for the older generation.

This meant to be one of our highlight of our two weeks Canada’s road trip. We picked this hotel for its location and how this hotel market for relaxation and ambiance. It is on the higher end of the cost per night in the area. Staff was friendly but communication can definite be improve. We stayed two nights, there is building work started at 7am, we were put into a room facing the construction, we were not inform about this when we checked in. The night staff was kind, explain the history and show us around the hotel. I then spoke to reception staff in the morning and they said they will see what they can do. We got back to the hotel late that night, so we didn’t choose to move to the other building, but if we were informed by messages via hotel.com, we might have choose to go back to hotel earlier, to enjoy the hot hub and reset the experience. Most frustrating part probably is at check out, the same lady said the staff should have offered us breakfast, question did no one tell us that. The thing is if you weren’t given a choice is one thing but to be at check out to given another disappointment is annoying. The lady probably shouldn’t said anything. We dislike the over promise. The same lady said she will advise her manager that is currently on leave to write to me, I said let’s see, it’s a week on, still nothing. Another overpromise and under deliver. We expected more for the value we paid, this is constructive feedback. Thank you.

property is absolutely beautiful. The rooms were super clean, and every area was perfect, but what impressed me the most was the amazing staff at StoneHaven. Starting with the lady at the front desk who was in training — she provided excellent service and made me feel very welcome. The restaurant maître d’ was such a lovely lady, always taking care of me and making sure everything was perfect. The waiter during the evening service was also extremely professional and kind. I truly recommend your property, and I hope to come back very soon.
