静かで景色が美しい。どこにも行かずに、ゆっくりスパや温水プールを楽しみながら、落ち着いた時間を過ごすことができる。暖炉があり、ピアノもライブラリーもあり、貴重な時間を過ごすことができる環境が整っている。

Upon arrival, we got stuck turning into the property. The snow was not cleared and my husband fought with the car. The shower knob broke off. Neither knobs worked and no maintenance on site.2 employees were trying to fix it and 1 got soaked and used one of our towels l to dry. They then explained HOW to use a shower! It shouldn't be that difficult. It took a while to.figure out, it was either scalding hot or i had no water. Theres no shower door so the bath mat was SOAKED Hubby wanted coffee at 3am but there's no pot of fresh coffee in the lobby and he was questioned why he doesnt sleep. He left to go find coffee and on the way back, he got stuck in the driveway again. It snowed all night, this is Qc and in the mountilains, it snows a lot. He had to leave the car stuck in the entrance and walk back to the hotel.. The staff are friendly but we are displeased with the lack of service for the price he paid for our stay and of the bathroom. I heard an employee tell another that they already had problems in that room (111) The hot tub had no hint of chlorine in it, i dont know how clean it was. They gave us free breakfast for all that. The breakfast was good but not worth the $400 for the one night we stayed.

Le Manoir Stonehaven est tout simplement superbe. Le grand spa extérieur est fabuleux, encore plus magique entouré de neige. Mais au-delà du décor et des installations, c’est surtout le service exceptionnel de Maxime et Caroline à la réception qui fait toute la différence et rend l’expérience réellement digne d’un Relais & Châteaux. On sent que plusieurs membres du personnel sont nouveaux et parfois un peu perdus, mais Maxime et Caroline sauvent la donne : attentionnés, efficaces, chaleureux, et toujours prêts à trouver une solution.

Accueil exceptionnel, repas gastronomique, excellent service, sommelier qui connaît ses produits, tout était parfait!!

Overall condition of room isn’t good

Bed was supposed to be a king size , it was two beds stuck together, zero control of the heat or cooling . Overall rooms are not well maintained. Staff was nice .

We had an excellent stay. When we arrived to our room we found a dog blanket and food/water bowls had been laid out for our pup! We enjoyed the lounge spaces and the space, and we loved playing games with delicious drinks from the bar. The restaurant was amazing, very creative menu and excellent wine pairing. Our dog loved the well groomed trails around the hotel. Will absolutely be back!

As always, the staff was professional, courteous and friendly. Room was flawless. Dining experience was impeccable in every aspect (service, sommelier/wine suggestions and food). Welcome amenities (hand written note and goodies from the Pastry Chef) are always appreciated. This is my fourth stay and I will definitely return!

Tout était parfait. Le repas au restaurant était plus que délicieux, le personnel très accueillant, l'endroit magnifique. Vraiment un des plus beaux hôtels que j'ai vu, ils ont gardés l'aspect historique du bâtiment jusqu'au dernier détail.

Spotless room nicely decorated. Nice bathroom but soap dispenser in shower empty. Balcony nice but knee deep snow. Little things could be better

Supper was exquisite! Service and food was impeccable! On the other hand, breakfast was very bad…. Extremely long, no coffee refills. Missing items in plate and over cooked Benedict eggs, and error on billing … really not their day! Room very clean and sharp…. But isolation of windows is overdue and water is leaking inside… which also makes heating inadequate

We liked the place

Grounds, building and hot tub are great. Room bathroom was freezing. Restaurant cost was 5* but service was 3*. Food was good though.

Staff are wonderful. Attentive and kind. We have stayed before at the Inn and return for the wonderful food, scenery and service. We always stay in the annex. This time we had a room with a terrace and enjoyed leisurely afternoons reading, having a glass of wine and being awe inspired by the fall foliage.

Great stay and service

The room was beautiful but little details were lacking. Like, there was no useful coffee table, the tv was mounted on an extremely far wall and had no way of connecting to a streaming service, lighting in the bathroom was very dim . The waiter at the restaurant brought us the wrong order after we waited for 40 minutes (maybe because he didn't write anything down??). But the staff was very polite and the property was very charming.
